ABOUT US

Many people have asked us who we are ... ?

We are the slaves of Allah Almighty.

It is the job of every Muslim to stand up for the TRUTH and to enjoin good and forbid evil.

As Muslims we have found that there are many serious discrepancies in what is being presented about Islam through these persons. We feel the need to point out the errors in an attempt to prevent our brothers & sisters from falling prey to our ignorance of Allah Almighty's completed religion.

Please realise that it is the obligation of every Muslim to learn the Deen of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala.

Please do not be distracted by who is bringing you this message. Rather weigh this message by looking at our evidence from the Qur'an & Sunnah, and the fact that everything we write is clearly detailed and well documented.

Please visit our references, and form an opinion about our message, only after you have checked what we are saying.

Once the truth is clear, please spread it to all, we will all be held accountable for this by Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala.

Are we backbiting?

Is this website gheebah ?

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem

The Muslim Ummah has reached a point of weakness that, one may argue, it never saw before. The weakness of the Ummah is multi-dimensional: i.e. militarily, economically, politically, and technologically weak.

However, this multi-faceted problem stems from one central problem: that is, the Ummah is ignorant - to a large degree- about its religion. Some of the responses we got to the information we have on our website are a reflection of this central problem. Constructive critique is being confused with backbiting (gheebah). We therefore kindly request the first time visitor of this web site, and all others - to bear in mind the following:

  • It is an established Islamic practice that an evil (or a mistake) that is done in public must be renounced publicly.
  • There is a fundamental difference between backbiting and clarifying public errors of people especially those who have followers. That is what the web site is all about ...

The discussion on this web site does not touch the privacy, characteristics, or intentions of the persons in question. Rather, it is focused on their works, action and words that are all easily available to the general public.

This type of critique is healthy for the persons whose works are being criticised because it gives them chance to review, and hopefully renounce it. It is also beneficial to their few remaining followers so they have the opportunity to read what other people have to say about their work.

The early scholars had practiced this sort of critique with each other. In fact, they went the extra step into criticising other people's private life & personal characteristics.

May Allah guide us all to see the truth as the truth. Ameen!
