With Allah's name I start with, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
The respected readers will be able to remember that approximately two years ago it came to be known that Sayed Mohammed Jilani Ashraf Kichochvi [Jilani mia] is one of the founding members of an organisation which advocates and contains acts and principles of kufr [disbelief] namely; 'Foundation for Unity of Religions and Enlightened Citizenship'. In short, it is known as FUREC. Its aims, objectives and purposes according to Islamic Law are either kufr, misguidance or strictly forbidden [haraam].
For example:-
To unite with the false religions,
To respect the false religions,
To accept false religions,
To believe that false religions are beautiful gardens,
To believe that false religions are places of peace and tranquillity,
To consolidate these false religions in the minds of Muslim students,
To admit Muslim students (for education) in Religious Educational Institues such as 'Haray Raam' and 'Haray Krishna' Institutions,
To celebrate and arrange gatherings such as 'Holee, Divali, Kanhya Janam, Budh Jeyntee and all other religions' infidel [mushrik] festival ; these are blatantly false and useless purposes which no Muslim can ever support.
However regretfully its great supporter and advocate is the leader of the Spiritual Foundation Organisation - Sayed Mohammed Jilani. He is not just an advocate of the above stipulated kufr of FUREC, but is also involved in the making of its constitution and is also a member of FUREC's Governing body (Apex body). For details refer to the book; 'Light of Truth' (in response to the Declaration of Truth) as written by myself as well as 'Ashrafal Fatawa' : in which the Rules and Regulations of FUREC in its actual texts have been presented, and Islamic Rulings have been sought from honourable Muftis of prominent religious institutes, such as from Markaz-e-Ahle Sunnat Manazare-Islam, Bareilly Shareef, Jaame Ashraf Kicchocha Shareef, Jamia Na'eemiyah Muradabad, Jamia Amjadya Ghowsee and from other Islamic Schools of Ahle Sunnat wa Jama'at. All these Muftis were unanimous in stipulating that the kufrs [disbelief] in FUREC is supported by clear evidence and a 'Shar'ee Towbah' – an Islamically approved repentance was demanded. How i wish so much that Jilani miya would do his 'Shar'ee Towbah' then I would be the first to offer my Salaat behind him, and that day would be a day of absolute jubilation for me. But alas! The greed of the world even today he is not prepared to satisfy the requirements of Islamic Law. Although he is continuing to depend on, and take refuge in fabricating lies and deception in order to deviate the attention of the people from the disbelief present in FUREC.
For instance, the fake letter attributed to the Secretary of FUREC, the so-called explanation, the falsehood concerning the claim of the amendment in FUREC and the submitting of an incorrect (not according to the facts) 'Istifta' and its answers, to adopt methods of involving slander. Hence I ignored the falsehood stipulated by Jilani miya and gave preference to informing and bringing awareness to the Ahle Sunnat wal Jama'at the aims and objectives of FUREC and did not present all the true incidents and documentary proofs to the general public which unveil the internal and personal family realities of Jilani miya. However when that lie, which was restricted between Kicchocha Shareef and Lucknow began to spread in India and overseas, I considered it necessary to unveil this lie.
In a town called Blackburn in the U.K. a booklet named (translation): 'The story of disbelief and apostasy' (relating to Allama Madani miya and myself) was distributed. This booklet was given to Hafiz Hanif; who is a teacher at Masjid-e-Ghousia, Preston New Road, Blackburn by Maulana Abul Hasan-Faruqi (son of Mufti Shamsuddoha Faruqi) in person on the 14th of June 2007. It is stated that this booklet has been authored by a 'Mufti Abdul Qadeer Rizwi.' However this is a fabricated name. This booklet does not mention the name of the 'press' simply to avoid being caught and detected by any court under the terms of the ''Press Act.'' Nor is there any mentioning of the publisher and no address is given on page 2 of this booklet. There is a notification shown; in which there is an 'istifta' (a letter seeking an Islamic ruling) and a 'fatwa' (Islamic ruling). If you read it carefully, you will realise that it has no connection with myself, nor with Hazrat Shaykh al-Islam.
Regarding all those matters stated from page 3 to page 8 with regards to disbelief [kufr] and apostasy [irtidaad], Hazrat Shaykh al-Islam and myself have not to this day called Hazrat Imam Khwaja Muzaffar Hasan a kafir [disbeliever] or murtad [apostate]. Nor have we ever declared Hazrat Mufti Shareeful Haq Amjadi or Hazrat Mufti Mutee-ur-Rehman a kafir. Neither have these people declared Hazrat Shaykh al-Islam or myself a kafir. Hence the people present behind the veil of the 'fabricated Abdul Qadeer' were not able to deliver the 'fatwa of kufr' (Islamic ruling of disbelief) from a particular person in the booklet.
Just evaluate the ''last blatant lie'' in this booklet which appears in the form of an 'istifta' and 'fatwa'. It is very interesting on page 9 it states ''Hashmi miya is a kafir – (from) Mufti of Jame Ashraf'' ?
Firstly examine the contents of the 'istifta' : ''What do the Ulama [scholars] of Islam and the Muftis of Islam declare regarding the following :
Zaid is a renowned local Sunni Alim (Islamic Scholar]. A few years ago for his personal interests, he arranged a gathering to celebrate 'Holi' (the hindu religious festival) and also delivered a speech in it, and participated in its (infidel customs) also partook in the 'Gulal' throwing of colour on one-another, whereby the muslims of the village separated themselves from him, and announced that one should disassociate and boycott ties with such a molvi. Also, they stated that until Zaid does not publically repent (do towbah), one should discontinue to speak to him or offer him salaam. It is therefore questioned, what is the Islamic Ruling with regards to this action of the public? ... explain in the light of Islamic Law.
From, Aziz Ahmed, Barra Gaoon, Ambedkar Nagar.
The words of this istifta are self evident in that :
1] Zaid is not a world renowned Sunni Alim. Moreover, he is only known locally, therefore he does not match the identity of myself.
2] It is stated: '' He performed customs of disbelief/infidelity upon which the people of the village disassociated themselves from him, broke off all ties with him '' etc, etc.
'Alhamdulilah' ! By the grace of Allah that village is not the sacred Kicchocha, moreover it is called ''Barra Gaoon''. By the grace of Allah, the people of Kicchocha have never disassociated themselves from me, nor have they ever boycotted, nor discontinued in speech and salaam.
So the so-called 'Ameer Roohani' and his accomplices should go to ''Barra Gaoon, Ambedkar Nagar'' to capture Zaid, with whom the people of the village have boycotted and disassociated themselves from and discontinued to engage in Salaam and conversation.
Honourable readers! Imagine, these mischief makers took the support of a hindu for evidence, when they were unable to find any Muslim:
'When Allah takes away Deen
Then he seizes the intellect'
However, the incident attributed to Sarvajit Lal Jaiswal in hindi and its urdu translation has been published in the booklet. Compare and contrast both texts :-
''I confirm that approximately ten years ago in Biskhari Inter-College, an Eid and Holi Milan festival was conducted, at that time the Eid and Holi Milan party was presided over by the Principal of Biskhari; Mr Do Bay Gee. In this function as the chief main guest, Hazrat Maulana Sayed Hashmi mia of Kichocha Sharif in his emotional style, gave an example of Hindu and Muslim unity and also gave importance to living together in harmony. In order to make this function successful as the chief guest in this gathering, you (Hashmi mia) gave a donation of RS 21,000 and in addition to the people of this market all the people from other areas were present. Suresh Chandar Gupta, the Garameen Bank, the Principal of Primary Degree College and all the hindus and muslims were present, since then this tradition has continued through the co-operation of the area Garameen Bank in Kicchocha.''
Those people who have knowledge both of hindi and urdu; they will be surprised at this action done by Jilani miya and company; that they translated 'the head of the Police Station' in urdu as 'the college's Principal'. He omitted the words 'Manager of Garameen Bank' and translated Degree College as Primary in urdu. He also failed to tranlsate 12 words of the hindi text in urdu. Similar actions have been done by Jilani miya formerly in the translations of Furec's constitution and Surat's Declaration ; refer to 'Sahifa-e-Hidayat' authored by Shaykh al-Islam, Allama Sayed Mohammed Madani miya. The deception in terms of the translation is also present here (in the aforementioned booklet).
Now examine the correct translation of the hindi text and compare and contrast it with the forged and incorrect translation done by the deceits; the one's who are envious of us.
First, examine the incorrect translation in Jaiswal's hindi booklet :
'' I confirm that approximately 10 years ago from this day, in Biskhari's Inter College, a meeting took place in the Eid and Holi Milan (party) festival which was presided over by the Principal of that time; Do Bay Gee.''
And now peruse the correct translation of Jaiswal Jee's hindi :
'' I confirm that approximately 10 years ago from this day, the officer in charge of the Police Station in Biskhari; Shree Do Bay Gee, presided over a meeting in the Eid and Holi Milan (Party) gathering, which took place at the late Balai Raam Sahow area''
In hindi; Jaiswal's words are :- '' A meeting took place presided over by the officer in charge of the Police Station at Biskhari '' and the officer in charge of the Police Station Shree Do Bay Gee was presented in the urdu translation as the Principal of the Inter College, Biskhari.
Also, In the hindi text it is written that the meeting took place under the boundary of Balai Raam Sahow in Kicchocha Shareef, this was misrepresented in the translation as though the meeting took place 3km away from Kicchocha Shareef at Biskhari Inter College.
Jaiswal's statement also refutes the 'istifta' ( a question asked to ascertain the Islamic ruling of an issue, to Islamic scholars).
In the istifta it is mentioned that 'Zaid' arranged the 'Holi Milan' festival for his personal gain, whereas Jaiswal Gee says RS 21,000 was given. Further in the 'istifta' it is mentioned that Zaid took part in 'infidel customs' and also openly took part in the 'Gulaal' ritual of throwing colour on one-another. And Jaiswal Gee writes that he (Zaid) presented an example of unity of nations, delivered a speech and gave emphasis to national integration. The istifta contains that the muslims boycotted with Zaid, discontinued to engage in conversations and say Salaam etc. and disassociated themselves from Zaid. Whereas Jaiswal Gee writes that all the honourable people of the area, the Manager of Garameen Bank, the Principal of the Degree College and all the hindu and Muslims took part.''
Therefore, there is no mention of any disassociation on the part of the Muslims with Zaid, no boycotting and no sign of discontinuing of conversation and salaam.
Till this day i cannot understand why Zaid of ''Barra Gaoon'' is being searched in Kicchocha Shareef ? And the last of the shameless activities is that I have been accused of celebrating Eid and 'Holi Milan' (parties) every year, and the very first time the accusation of this inauspicious event was made, was the 29th of January 2006, and it has been claimed that it first took place about 10 years ago and that Garameen Bank in Kicchocha Shareef has continued with the festival (of Holi/Eid Milan) and it is also being celebrated to this day.
Those who lie often forget their own lies; I present an interesting example below : -
The liar failed to realise that the lunar dates recde from the solar dates by 10 days every year. If 10 years ago, i.e in January 1996, Eid and Holi took place in the same or almost same solar month then the Eid and 'Holi Milan (party) meeting can (coincide and ) take place. However, after 10 years and now after about 12 years, there will be a recession of four months. So, can a programme of 'Holi' and Eid be held, four months before the 'Holi festival date, or can an Eid Milan meeting be arranged four months after the Eid Date?
For example : Suppose the month of the Holi Festival is March and in March there is the Islamic Lunar months of 'Rabi al Awal' and 'Rabi as-Sani'. Then would the 'Eid Milad-un-Nabi' Salla Allahu 'alayhi wa Sallam and 'Ghiyarween Shareef' be foresaken and instead Eid al-Fitr celebrated? How I wish that the leader of the spiritual group (Ameer Roohani : Jilani miya) had even a particle of Islamic Spirituality, then he would not have played such a sick joke with the Islamic Nation.
Allah Forbid ; If, I took part in an unIslamic festival such as Holi, Divali then it would be in the headlines of the newspapers, tv channels, among the [Ulama] Islamic Scholars of the family of Ashrafiya and all the Muslim population would know. Further, all the Religious Institutes would question it, it would be mentioned in the national and foreign media. The Islamic world would pressurize for towbah [repentance] provided that this accusation was truthful. Just as the disbelief of FUREC is a reality, and by supporting it, Jilani miya's kufr [act of disbelief] is determined. This reality is mentioned in India's newspapers and magazines. The Ulama and Mashaikh from the Ashrafiya family and the Muslim world are pressurizing Jilani miya to repent Islamically, from the acts of disbelief.
As regards the lie which has been imposed upon me, it cannot even be verified by a 'Fasiq-e-Molin' (a muslim who openly commits major sins). On the contrary, a letter pad was taken from an idol worshipper upon which was written text which was self-contradictory, amalgamated with lies and full of deception.
The reality is simply that since the shahadat [martyrdom] of the Babari Masjid, things no longer remained under control. The Government and Police began to support and encourage the extremist hindus. Ayodhiya is situated approximately 50-55 miles from Kicchocha Shareef, and Kicchocha Shareef is the spiritual kingdom of Hadrat Makhdoom Sultan Sayyad Ashraf Jahangir Simnani (Allah be pleased with him). He is revered by both hindus and Muslims. All the considerate peace loving people, invited the Chief Inspector of Biskhari Police Station and held a meeting presided by him, in the boundary of Balai Sahow, in order to prevent any deficiency on the part of of the Police in the establishment of peace and security.
In this meeting many people expressed their thoughts, and I coincidentally was also present. All the muslims in the area were pleased that the potential calamity had been removed and the area is now free from disorder. No donation was given nor taken.
I ask ;
Was the Chief Inspector of Biskhari Police Station there to collect donations?
Is the 'gulal' ; the playing and throwing of colour on one another (in holi/divali) done in meetings held to promote peace and security?
Is the ''qashqah'' (the hindu mark on the forehead) put on in such meetings?
Why is he who remains in the arms of the idol-worshippers [mushriks] shying from the festivals of the idol-worshippers ?
The liar has deliberately avoided explaining clearly the reality of the 'Holi' festival. I will explain; In the 'Holi' festival, the hindu boys go out in the form of a procession, play with the colours, mark their foreheads with the sign and throw and spray the colour on each other. They also do this to their friends and relatives. These infidel and unislamic customs mentioned above were not even mentioned in the meeting.
To recap the 'Zaid' mentioned in the istifta, he is according to the Mustaftee (the questioning person) :
1] A local Sunni Alim ( Islamic scholar),
2] One who arranged the 'Holi' festival for personal interest,
3] He engaged in customs and traditions which entail disbelief,
4] The muslims disassociated themselves from him,
5] They boycotted all ties with him,
6] Discontinued to engage in conversations and salaam with him.
By the Grace of Allah! Faqeer Chisti and Gada-ay Ashrafi, I, Sayed Muhammad Hashmi is free and clean from all of the above mentioned predicaments, and nor have the Sunni Muslims ever treated me as mentioned above in the 'istifta' in relation to 'Zaid.' Undoubtedly that 'Zaid', is someone else, whose identity has been confirmed in the booklet by a hindu.
1] I am not a local Molvi,
2] To prevent hindus and muslims from committing murder and devastation etc is not in my personal interest, but it is the duty of the whole nation,
3] The Muslims did not disassociate themselves, moreover they participated,
4] No-one has ever boycotted me, on the contrary - they have co-operated with me,
5] There was no trace of any customs or traditions in the meeting which entailed any disbelief,
6] No one has ever demanded me to repent (do towbah) nor have they discontinued to engage in conversation or offer salaam with me.
Now everything is as clear as crystal; that the 'Zaid' in the 'istifta' is not me! As I confirm the contents and the authenticity of the fatwa (Islamic ruling) by the Mufti of Jame' Ashraf.
The fatwa is wholly applicable to that person who considers joining and participating in infidel festivals such as 'holi and divali' as permissible; and that person can be a Molvi of ''Barra Gaoon'' or undoubtedly the Leader of Roohani (spiritual) foundation; Sayed Mohammed Jilani Ashraf. For example, lets look at the evidence :
Surat Spiritual Declaration - page 43, project number 1 in the publication 'Roohani Foundation Lucknow ;
* Project 1, Celebration of Inter-Religions Festivals.
* Project 3, Education in and with the ambience of Unity of Religions (page 43).
* Each month the day selected could be a 'Holy Day' from one Religion : Islam, Hindu, Christianity, Sikhs, Parsi, Jain, Buddhist etc etc ... (see page 4)
* The real purpose and the ''Unity of Religions'' should be embedded in the minds of the students (see page 44)
To see the above in detail refer to the book 'Ashraf-al-Fatawa'. The 4 aims and objectives mentioned above are an inherent part of FUREC's constitution and are not changeable. Jilani miya has by printing his signature shown his support and confirmed acceptance of its contents. He is also a member of FUREC's Apex Body i.e the Governing Body.
FUREC does not just support emphatically Unity with the False Religions, moreover it insists that the infidel religious festivals of hindus, christians, sikhs, parsis, jains and buddhists be celebrated together and that their religious days of infidelity be accepted as ''Holy Days'' ! According to the constitution of FUREC; just as one celebrates Eid and Baqr Eid, one should also participate in the celebration of the idol worshipping festivals' such as 'Holi- Divali, Ram naumi Kanhayya Janam, Beshakhi, Christmas, Budh Jeynti, Ganpati visarjan etc.
These mentioned aims and objectives are registered. Further, Jilani miya has endorsed these aims and objectives with his signature and has until now failed to satisfy the requirements of shari'a regarding 'Sharri towbah' repentance.
Therefore the mistake on the part of 'Zaid' stipulated in the 'istifta' has been made by Jilani miya by supporting FUREC. Thus just as 'Zaid' is required to repent subject to the fatwa by Jame Ashraf, Jilani Miya is also required to repent.
I will now present to you an idea that will separate the 'chalk from the cheese';
Jame Ashraf has published two fatwas; one of these in relation to 'Zaid' of 'Barra Gaoon' celebrating 'Holi.' This fatwa was being distributed by Maulana Hafiz Abul-Hasan who is ; the real nephew of Jilani miya, the brother of Jilani miya's (both) son-in-laws and the son of Mufti Shamsuddoha Faruqi of Ghazipur.
The second fatwa is in relation to FUREC's aims and objectives, the disbelief therein has been highlighted and the laws of Sharia that apply to FUREC are stipulated.
If Jilani miya and his accomplices have any regard for the Fatwa issued by the Jame Ashraf of Kicchocha Shareef which is the heart of Ashrafiyat, then they should also confirm both fatwa's just as I have.
Alhamdulillah! (All Praise to Allah Almighty .... ) I, Sayed Muhammad Hashmi Ashrafi al-Jilani, son of Makhdoom al-Millat Sayed Muhammad Muhaddith-e-A'zam al-Hind (Allah be pleased with him) accept both of the above mentioned fatwa's by Jame Ashraf as correct and authentic.
Undoubtedly to play 'Holi' and wear the mark on the forehead (qashqa) and be pleased with it, and to perform traditions and customs of disbelief is 'kufr' [disbelief] and to be pleased with the celebration of idol worshipping festivals contained in FUREC is also Kufr.
I confirm and advocate, all the rulings contained in the fatwa by Jame Ashraf in relation to 'Holi' and FUREC – Faqir Chisti and servant of Ashraf, Sayed Mohammed Hashmi Ashrafi Jilani.
If Mufti Shamsuddoha Faruqi and his sons, Sayed Musanna Anwar M.A. Alig and his sons and Jilani miya and his handful of flatterers contain even a speck of honour for their Imaan and they are not blemished with the stigma of supporting the celebration of the 'Holi' festival; then they should also confirm and support the accuracy of both fatwa's of Jame Ashraf just as I have!
My final request to Sahibzada Abul Hasan, son of Shahmsuddoha Faruqi is that, by virtue of incontrovertible historical facts and documentary proofs you are not a 'Sayed' and now you are also not Shaykh al-Islam's khalifa, as you were distributing the booklet which falsely accuses Shaykh al Islam of committing kufr and apostasy. Also you are no longer a mureed of Hadrat Sarkar-e-Kalan (Allah be pleased with him) as on the fabricated website 'Baskhari Sharif.com you were responsible for accusing these noble devotees of being a 'Rafzee' and 'Difali' and you have distributed this in the form of a handbill, therefore you have, like your uncle Jilani miya wholly deprived yourself of Spirituality.
Thus for an outcast in tareeqa (mardoodutariqah) to claim to be Ashrafi, is yet another fraud.
'Jilani miya and Company' should by now clearly know that by fabricating baseless stories, will fail to entrap us. All our concentration is on informing the people of Ahle Sunnat of the disbelief inherent in FUREC and in protecting the blessed Ummah from the the new version of Akbar's Deen-e-Ilahi.

Refutation of another ‘bizarre’ Announcement

Self Declared Mischief and Ignorance from the authors of the evil “Announcement”
Jilani mia's (JM) sp.foundation.org website after a long cold hibernation in isolation, starved of any spirituality, lacking any academic material, deprived of Islamic Sacred Knowledge, contradicting all principles of ‘Ilm at-Tasawwuf, overwhelmed by their mischievous intentions and deeds, and absorbed in their self-imposed insanity – after mutual deliberation desperately made the following ‘Announcement’:
“Fraud of Ashraful Fatawa—
View of Imam-e-Ilm-wa-Fan on the Drama of the Charge of Infidelity
Repentance remains due upon Allama Madni Miyan and Allama Hashmi Miyan
It is brought in the notice of common man that Ashraful Fatawa, being distributed as modern Hussamul Harmain which contains the edicts of revered edictees based on concocted and baseless questions. The concocter of the charge of infidelity is none other than Allama Madni Miyan Sahib Ashrafi. Whereas he is also under the purview of the religious charge of infidelity levelled against him in the past. According to that religious repentance, renewal of Imaan (faith), renewal of Nikah (Marriage) and renewal of Bait (allegiance of oath) is due upon him. Similarly, his younger brother, Allama Hashmi Miyan Ashrafi is also an infidel and an apostate by virtue of religious laws (Shari'ah). Repentance, renewal of faith and Bait is also due on him. So as per the Islamic rule both these brothers have lost faith of Shariah (divine laws). Initially both must seek religious repentance by openly declaring acquittal and return from unbelief and apostasy then they should raise finger on other Muslim. Very soon a book containing the solid proof of their being infidel and apostate is coming for the public information.”
Before we comment on the above and subsequent literary masterpiece from the academically and spiritually deprived indigents – we are obliged to elaborate on certain points for our Sunnî brethren as to how to deal with such mischievous articles and deeds. Let it be clear, that the people behind these announcements have nothing better to do with their time and money. Time is not of the essence to them and money is something which they accumulated cheaply. Their talk of Sharî’ah, Imân, Islâm and the evils of Kufr is also cheap when in practice they place their ego and self-assumed pride and dignity above them. Every Allâh-Fearing and sane Muslim can vividly see that these people have no intention of discussing the fundamental issues of contention incorporated in the Memorandum and Articles Of Association of FUREC [Foundation for Unity of Religions and Enlightened Citizenship] which is the basis of the kufr JM is charged with. Instead they are bent upon fabricating conspiracy theories to self-justify their satanic and totally egoistic nafs [inner base desires] and leave themselves naked to the evil suggestions and whispers of the shayâtîn which ignorantly or deliberately motivates them even further. One can write endlessly in refuting such baseless, false and satanic claims but we will not be drawn into such useless and non-intelligible arguments. Our members and guests can see and judge for themselves we have comprehensively presented and revealed the intellectual conspiracy behind FUREC’s objectives. Each area of danger has been addressed and every kufr highlighted. If it was that simple then why or how did JM & his mischievous advocates obtain so many fatâwâ’ in their apparent favour? The answer is simple and is visible in all of their propaganda material especially this latest inferior ‘announcement’. JM’s nafs has got the better of him. Instead of repenting [like when JM at one stage agreed to publicly repent and publish his repentance declaration] during or after a year of admonition and counselling by Hadrat Shaykh al-Islâm, he conspired and feebly contrived to create a dramatic story – employing his previously acquired journalistic skills and inspired by his egoistic nafs he decides to fabricate a conspiracy and motive of jealousy behind the charge of kufr over FUREC. He learnt that in this modern high tech age of information technology and means of the widest possible channels of communication through the information highway he could publish a lie so compellingly and dramatically told that none could be wiser to know otherwise and in this busy and complex age no one would have time to ascertain the truth merely bounce off arguments and engage in superficial talk, gossip, rely on hearsay, false assumptions, become subject to satanic whispers, susceptive to evil suggestions and consequently leave an array of such immense widely inflicted confusion, chaos and mischief in finally assisting and allowing JM to continue with his alleged ‘spiritual’ life with his fraudulent character, apparent faith or integrity hardly blemished – at least in his false and evil assumption. As for the fatâwâ’ the apparent result was inevitable. When JM in his ‘Declaration of [everything but the] Truth’ diverted the focus from the intellectual kufr themes of FUREC’s SSD & its Memorandum by merely suggesting that the essence of the dispute is simply whether the literal words as a compound i.e. of FUREC; Foundation for Unity of Religions & Enlightened Citizenship are an inference of actual unity of religions consisting of at least the religions of the organisations religious members thus establishing a new religion or not. And he further elaborates in his false declaration that this was not the intent or purpose of FUREC or its founding members from the very beginning for which he cleverly arranged supporting letters. This lead to a debate and discussion as to whether the words FUREC implied actual unity forming a new religion or to a lesser extent, if there was any inference at all deducing that in context of the SSD & Memorandum. Of course to deduce that one must not only be an expert traditional Muslim Scholar fluent in ‘Arabic and Urdű but it also fundamentally necessitates that the Traditional Scholar has reasonable command on the English language and most importantly in pre-modernity, pre-enlightenment periods of European Intellectual & Ideological History and Development. One finds such a reference to that historical period which changed and moulded Europe to what it is today addressed by the sagacious foresight of Hadrat Shaykh al-Islâm in his correspondence with JM in Sahîfa’-e-Hidâyat and in the Editorial of Jâm-e-Nűr by another sage writer of the Ahl as-Sunnah w’al Jamâ’ah, the respected Khustar Nűrânî. The kufr themes found in FUREC’s SSD & Memorandum were and to much extent unfortunately still are beyond the knowledge and grasp of our esteemed Scholars because JM and his advocates are deliberately avoiding these issues [as comprehensively presented on the www.lightoftruth.org website], thus deliberately diverting their attention - and the Scholars themselves - although have a duty to independently research such matters and thoroughly investigate this in depth as to whether such themes are recurring themes of kufr ideologies in modern times propagated as Secularism and Religious Pluralism with roots going back to the European Enlightenment period which led to a new ‘intellectual’ approach and process of rationalisation subsequently separating the State from Religious interference or dominance, the questioning and re-questioning of every article of faith, its rationalisation to the far reaching and ultimate extent of questioning God and His very existence which led to the kufr ideology for the very first time in European history to the doctrine of Atheism as an accepted intellectual ‘norm’ and non-blasphemous belief. Such material is readily available in English and major European languages but if our ‘Ulamâ’ simply attempt to learn more and endeavour to seek material in the Urdű language they will find it available and accessible through their local or regional university libraries. Access to information has become all too easy and it takes very little effort in attaining a clear understanding of the true face and intellectual conspiracy behind the SSD and FUREC’s Memorandum incorporating kufr themes of Secularism, Religious Pluralism and Irreligiousness in the name of Religious Unity. We recommend an old lecture delivered by Imam Hamza Yusuf; SECULARISM: The Greatest Challenge Facing Islam. One can see how our noble traditional Scholars were erroneously and so easily misled first by JM diverting the kufr issues to his conspired and contrived dramatic story of ‘jealousy’ and ‘mischief mongery’ and then from the key issues of kufr themes as discussed above since he knew our esteemed noble ‘Ulamâ’ will be no wiser because they will not directly make the contextual link or make contrast with current ideological terminologies of kufr. JM not once if he had the slightest atoms weight of fear in his heart or conscience make any reference to the fears and concerns as discussed above by Hadrat Shaykh ul-Islâm or the Editorial of Jâm-e-Nűr in his istiftâ’; juristic query or literary journal ‘Declaration of [everything but the] Truth’.
However, we reiterate our question to such mindless people especially the deluded JM. What precisely are Hadrat Shaykh al-Islâm and Hadrat Ghâzî-e-Millat charged of being jealous of which JM has uniquely achieved amongst the Ahl as-Sunnah w’al Jamâ’ah? What were their precise motives? What has JM uniquely achieved which no other past or living Sunnî has ever achieved or recently achieved? What is this great feat which JM has achieved which no other Sunni can claim fame for? Is it the Jâm’iah Sűfiyya? Do Sunni’s have no other educational centres? Where does the Jami’a Sufiyya rank amongst the pedigree of Great Sunnî Academic Learning Institutions and their Achievements? Is it certain books he has authored, edited or published? Where do these books, leaflets, publications rank among the pedigree of Sunnî Literature? Is it a question of JM having more murîds? Or was it jealousy of his involvement with FUREC with the President of India, the murtadd ‘Abdul Kalâm’s association that may well bag JM millions of rupees saving his hopeful murîds millions in donations respectively? Or was it jealousy of his newly found family and community of guru’s, sandhus, pandits, fire-worshippers, idolators, etc. One possessing the minimum of prudence or discernment can see where this is leading. Such talk is nonsense, inapplicable and merely falls in to the category of personal whims and satanic whispers.
The charge of kufr is based on the kufr principles of Secularism and Religious Pluralism either cleverly camouflaged or clearly articulated in FUREC’s Memorandum and the Surat [not so] Spiritual Declaration, etc, e.g.: “Unity of, Respect of, Integrity of and Acceptance of all Religions”, “Basic Truths contained in various Religions”, “Universal Truths embodied in each religion”, “respecting holy days of other religions will send a powerful message”, “nation is bigger than the individual” [even bigger than the individuals religion]etc, which JM proudly deliberated upon, showcased, freely distributed the kufr out of his sincere generous murîds most helpful and extremely charitable financial donations. The context and basis of the kufr is further supported by the background of the founding members of FUREC, the ghastly Jain leader, Ghandi look alike, acharyâ mahaprajna, with his popular and widely circulated notions on secularism and religious pluralism, Jainisms websites, literature, magazines, e.g. herenow4u, etc, the murtadd Abdul Kalâm who unequivocally elaborates upon his kufr ideology highlighting principles of religious pluralism and secular thoughts in his self authored biography ‘Parwaz’ as referred to by the Editor of Jâm-e-Nűr Khushtar Nűrânî, Dr. Homi Dhalla the Zoroastrian and his recommendation of FUREC adopting a World Scripture and other projects which he personally has been involved in, the infamous and deluded wahhabî lone star – Wahid-uddîn - by name only - who practically implemented the Surat ‘not so spiritual’ Declaration by attending the opening ceremony of a new mandir in Gujarat State, district Pűr Bandar, during the first ten days of Muharram ul-Harâm, along with the deputy president of India, a government minister, and other sâdhus, etc, etc. To all this & much more as on this website, JM ‘s answer after being subjected to all the pressure’s around him, came in the form of the following repentance, “if” & only “if” because I know I haven’t [wink, wink nudge, nudge, since the Muftî’s of Islam absolved me by my clever conspiracy to deceive them from the facts & kufr themes, which was easy for me since they can’t read or write in English & have no inkling about what religious pluralism means or is, what Theosophy is, etc, they’re too busy in the four corners of their Madrasah’s & Dar ul-‘Ulum’s, unaware of what is going around on a national or International level, etc], so “if” I have acted, said or done anything wrong according to Sharî’ah [as the wise caught me red handed, but I can’t admit that now can I] then I repent O Allah, please forgive me. [I’ll settle with the Creator in the Hereafter perhaps he’ll forgive me, in exchange for my efforts with Jami’ah Sűfiyyah, all my murids sincere dua’s [because they are no wiser either] and the good life that I’ll try to live to recompense for my errors of kufr (oops, hope no one heard that) & sins]. And, Allâh, The Most Majestic & The Most Sublime, is All-Knowing & Wise.
We ask all Muslims, did Hadrat Shaykh ul-Islâm, May Allâh, The Most Majestic and the Most Sublime, Preserve and Protect him, follow the hereinafter mentioned Shar’îy principles or was it something like that which JM, his sons and other coward hypocrites are advocating? And we openly ask & challenge JM & his cowardly advocates to demonstrate which Shar’îy principles they have adopted & followed from the very first day till today. Do it for your murîds at least so that they may learn how not to act or react when found in such circumstances!

Ladies and gentlemen! It is to inform that by making a bone of contention of the membership of FUREC organisation, butt of false and concocted allegations initiated against Faqeer Ashrafi Syed Muhammad Jilani Kichhauchhavi. Without any legal edict a campaigned of social boycott was initiated. Under the cover of FUREC the false campaign against the spiritual foundation.org I, is being carried out for last one and a half years in the country and abroad. (For details refer to Izhar-e-Haque with appendix)."
From the above opening declaration Jilani Mia confirms he either is suffering from some sort of mental disorder, is engulfed by mental anguish [of his own making] or is a complete & utter liar: one the Ummah has not witnessed the like of for many decades. If he sincerely is unaware of what he has said, continues to propagate & write - which is simply impossible because of the nature of his writings & constant & repetitive lies & deceit - then it makes him a unique liar - one who looks straight in your eyes & says I'm not lying, this is the truth believe me! If he was remotely honest in what he is saying in this declaration one would find consistency & not contradictions. Where there are inconsistencies & contradictions one naturally finds lies or deceit. If this is not pure evil then what is it? If this is not insanity then what is it? If this is not defiance of Shari'ah then what is it? The severity of his lies, its impact & absurdity are those similar to the lies behind 'weapons of mass destruction' – which turned out simply to be 'weapons of mass deception'. Perhaps JM sought to conspire to do the same?
Speak, write, gather allies, obtain not one fatwa' - hundreds, propagate & publish, use modern means of communication: the internet & distribute thousands of copies – perhaps & hopefully perhaps – the Muslims world over - or at least the Sunni Ummah will be fooled & deceived. Speak the lie so convincingly & attractively that the general Muslims will know no better neither be any wiser.
But, unfortunately for JM, he obviously underestimated the Truth, its nature & those who live, breathe & exemplify the Truth. Wherever there is darkness - light follows, where there is ignorance - knowledge brings hope, where there is falsehood - the Truth overwhelms & where there are proponents of lies & deceit - the Truth overrides & prevails over them. Such is the nature of Truth & Falsehood. The Truth is always victorious & falsehood always subsides. The Truth remains the same, unchanging & permanent, whereas falsehood is temporal, never lasting & re-appears in different pretexts. The Truth opposes falsehood, never compromises or is subdued. The Truth originates & manifests itself from the Divine - whereas falsehood is inspired & championed by the accursed Shaytan.
It truly is a shame, it really does hurt hard in the heart to find someone like JM use excuse after excuse, lies upon lies, manipulate, deceive & remain defiant of Shari'ah: Islamic Sacred Law. JM has no enemy, he is his own enemy: an enemy of the Truth & slave of his nafs. JM cannot blame anyone but himself for the consequence of his actions & the fitnah, which he initiated & arrogantly & defiantly remains sincere to, as clearly stated in this declaration.

When one profoundly writes such an evil booklet, prints five thousand copies, circulates & distributes these globally for free amongst the elite & the laymen surely should justifiably expect a response of some sort.
