This site has been primarily set up to declare to the world the reality and unequivocal truth behind the Islamic ruling of infidelity (Kufr) issued on Jilani Mia by his uncle Raees al Muhaqiqeen Shaykh al Islam [1] Hadrat Mufti Pir Sayyad Muhammad Madani Miya Ashrai al-Jilani and approved and endorsed by almost the entire Ashrafi family[2] in Kicchocha Shareef including Ghazi al Millat Hadrat Allama Sayyad Muhammad Hashmi Miya Ashrafi al-Jilani and Shaykh e Azam Hadrat Allama Sayyad Muhmamad Izhar Ashraf Ashrafi al-Jilani (Sajjada Nasheen Hadrat Sarkar-e-Kalan)[3].

That is a very good question.
It is incumbent upon all Muslims to expose the falsehood & deceit of those so called Muslims whoever or wherever they may be who are in the forefront to helping non-Muslims in their attempts to weaken Islam as a comprehensive way of life.
Organisations such as FUREC - as an alleged means to combat & confront terrorism & unite people of multi-faith background is merely a delusion & deliberate attempt to legitimise their own ends & their non-Islamic aims & objectives as clearly stated in FUREC's constitution & official website. FUREC's constitution, published literature, press coverage & information on its official website are all contrary to the unambiguous commands & principles of the Qur'an & Sunnah.
Jilani mia [JM] as a founding member & collaborator of FUREC, whether he accepts the following or not, its purpose is merely an attempt by the pagan hindu government in making the Qur'an & Sunnah appear irrelevant & ineffectual with modern times.
The principle purpose of this forum is not merely to expose the malice of those who wish to destroy Islam as a way of life & the hypocrisy of those so called Muslim dignitaries who are actively working alongside them, but rather also to suggest to sincere Muslims how they should Islamically & morally respond to the current situation following the guidance in the Noble Qur'an & the Prophetic Sunnah.

It was never our intention to reveal & publish this information let alone make this website. It all began with Jilani Mia [JM], - he completely ignored repeated calls to resolve the issue internally, he stubbornly refused to listen to third parties, failed to appear at arranged meetings, but instead went onto write a book called the ''Declaration of Truth'' which revealed his version of the facts, making him out to be 'a saint' & some kind of innocent & injured victim??? Nothing could be further than the truth. He even went as far as publishing a list of Muftis who he had deceived by fraudulently obtaining religious edicts (fatwas), which he then used to claim that he had been declared innocent of all Sharia charges against him. This is the real impious nature & personality of the person we are dealing with, one who loses no sleep over spreading malicious lies, no matter who gets in his way, all this because of his marriage with FUREC.
So when someone writes books full of lies; makes hundreds of copies and distributes them freely in foreign countries, makes deceitful websites, obtains fatwas by deception, conives and coerces others, spreads malicious rumours, etc etc, .... we simply had no choice but to respond, as he [JM] has no intention of stopping his smear campaign. He [JM] presently has two active websites, with the deceptive content relating to his FUREC affair on the front pages, and a third party site linked to his which also proudly boasts of his 'disgraceful' association.
Jilani mia is encircled by two misfortunes:
Firstly he cannot openly endorse the un-Islamic aims and objectives of FUREC otherwise he will end up as 'zero' in the eyes of the Sunni public. Secondly he cannot resign from the Surat Spiritual Declaration and FUREC otherwise he will end up remaining thirsty while standing on the shores of the sea!
And therefore he only has one option left which is to lie incessantly.
He relies on fraudulent letters.
He lies about the amendment to the constitution so that he can obtain the answer he wants from the respected Muftis.
As a result of the bogus amendment Jilani mia has adopted the method of separation i.e.:
'If any article or section or programme of Surat Spiritual Declaration (SSD) or the constitution or any article or articles or aims and objects and practice or proceeding or function of FUREC clashes with the religious tenets of any religion or followers of religion then that religion or follower of the religion can exempt from joining it.'
Based on this claim any well-respected and learned Mufti will fall victim and be misled.
Concealing the actual circumstances and asking a question will lead to the answer being provided on the circumstances that have been described in the question and not based on the actual circumstances. The questioner is responsible for this and not the Muftis.
The Muftis can at best answer with the proviso that states 'if the question is honest' as in the answer published by Jilani mia by the Mufti of Darul Uloom Manzare Islam Bareilly Sharif, Hadrat Allama Muhammad Faruq Qadri who writes at the start of his edict:
'Based on the circumstances described, if the question is honest, then being a member of the organisation called FUREC, and on the explanation you have provided relating to this organisation, and if your explanation is honest and truthful….'
The Centre of the Ahl ul Sunnah's Chief Mufti's written answer has absolutely clarified that Jilani mia is not under a charge of Sharia because he has separated Islam and Islam's followers from all the un-Islamic aims and objectives in the Surat Spiritual Declaration and FUREC. If this is based on the claims of 'honest and truthful' then there is no charge in Sharia. But if the claim is false and baseless which it undoubtedly is then no one can save him from 'repenting in Sharia'.
All the Muftis have given their edicts based on Jilani Mia's 'explanation'. If this explanation is honest then Jilani mia can benefit from these edicts. If this explanation is false, dishonest and untruthful then he has no benefit from these edicts.
Therefore the fatwa' previously acquired were done so by deceit & misrepresentation. Each Mufti from every single Darul Ifta were the fatwa' were falsely obtained from has now reneged because they have now learnt of the complete truth; the stark reality & implications of Furec, which Jilani mia deviously hid from them. Unsurprisingly Jilani mia darent remove them, he has far too much to lose. We urge any visitor to make contact with any of the Muftis at the said Darul Ifta's themselves, to verify their current position. The genuine fatwa are finally in our possession and will be forthcoming.
