Since J.M has cleansed his website from all the lies and desception in relation to Hadrat Shaykh al Islam w'al Muslimeen we ask what will be his next role.
It
is clear that he now realises that joining ranks and religions with
the Pandits, Gurus and Priests was not his one and only blunder
but his failed attempts in trying to tarnish the honour and pure
status of Ra'ees al Muhaqiqeen Hadrat Shaykh al Islam wal Muslimeen
was his big blunder number two. Hence it was obviously only a
matter of time before he rid all the filth and fraud from his
degraded and laughable website. However we did not expect it to
take over a year for him to realise that this was actually doing his
reputation even more damage rather than good.
Unfortunately
he is now trying to potray himself as though nothing has happened and
everything is sweet and rosy. He wants to show himself as a man who
is helping the cause of Islam and this is clearly his latest
mammoth size blunder number three and potentially will be the most
damaging not just for himself but for all those who follow him. We
humbly and sincerely ask J.M., that the most simplest way out for
himself his family and few remaining friends is for him to follow the
example of the 'real' Sufiya e Kiraam. It is one thing to
cleanse the website from all the frauds, fallacy and falsehold,
attempting to potray oneself as a clean, innocent man but as we all
know it is the heart that needs to be cleansed from all the
treacheries and impurities and this is done by honest and
wholehearted repentance 'towbah' in the Court of Allah
Subhanahu wa Ta'ala and His Most Beloved Prophet Peace and Blessings be upon him.
Seeking His pardon and pleasure is all the Shari' Law requires him to
do. As Hadrat Shaykh al Islam wal Muslimeen have often repeated;
To further testify this point we have recently been informed that J.M., has had the nerve to call the QTV 'Sehri Time Programme' during Ramadan, introducing himself as a Shaykh from Kicchocha Shareef. Hence he is putting a thought in the listeners mind that he has been cleared of his infidelity and able to freely reside and stay in Kicchocha Muqaddasa. The fact of the matter is this that J.M., and his minority group of supporters have not been able to show their faces or even join in the crowds to attain the blessings of the Urs gatherings of Hadrat Sarkar e Kalan, Hadrat Makhdoom ul Millat Muhaddith al-A'zam or even Hadrat Ghawth al 'Alam Sultan Sayyad Makhdoom Ashraf Jahangir Simnani [May countless Mercies of Allah be upon upon them all]. In other words even the Great Awliya Allah of Kicchocha Shareef, that is ... his own forefathers have rejected and refused him until he shows real humility and the desire to surrender to Allah the Almighty with total conviction from the heart. Hadrat Shaykh al Islam wal Muslimeen as well as being one of the most respected and highly distinguished Scholar's of our age, (who is also J.M.'s., uncle) would be more than happy to accept his nephew back within the fold of Islam. Meanwhile if he continues to feign his innocence then he continues harming himself, his followers and all the new areas he is trying to exploit and misguide for his arrogant love of himself and his love of the materialistic world.
May Almighty Allah; The Maker of Order & The Inspirer of Faith give J.M., the eyes to see sense and the heart to bow to His Court in the presence of The Ulama e Deen. May Almighty Allah; The Knower of All & The Bestower of Honours elevate the status of Hadrat Shaykh al Islam wal Muslimeen even more, & and give him a long healthy life so that the Ahl al-Sunnah w'al Jama'ah can continue to benefit from his knowledge, wisdom and grace.

More Lies in ..... Mozambique
It has come to our knowledge that Jilani mia during a recent trip to Mozambique, has been continuing to lie and deceive many innocent muslim brothers and sisters.
Lie No 1 : Jilani mia has said that he made towbah [repentance] and it was published in some journal in India. This startling revelation was revealed to an Imam of one of the main Mosques in central Maputo, the capital of Mozambique. Jilani mia made this fraudulent statement directly to the Imam himself.
Jilani Mia has done no such thing, we are still waiting for him to fulfill his duty, that is :- Obligation to peform a shari' towbah as instructed by the many Muftiya-e-kiram. Let it be clear, that Jilani mia has nothing better to do with his time and money. Time is not of the essence to him and money is something which he has
accumulated cheaply. His talk of Shari’ah, Iman, Islam and the evils of Kufr is also cheap when in practice he places his ego & self-assumed pride and dignity above them. Every Allah-Fearing and sane Muslim can vividly see that Jilani mia has no intention of discussing the fundamental issues of contention incorporated in the Memorandum and Articles Of Association of FUREC [Foundation for Unity of Religions and Enlightened Citizenship] which is the basis of the kufr JM is charged with. Instead he is bent upon fabricating conspiracy theories to self-justify his satanic and totally egoistic nafs [inner base desires] and leave himself naked to the evil suggestions and whispers of the shaytan which ignorantly or deliberately motivates him even further.
Lie no 2 : Concerned Muslims arranged a meeting with Jilani mia so he could answer direct questions regarding FUREC and the fatwa imposed upon him. Jilani mia avoided all the direct questions put to him and was very diversive we can reveal. Eventually Jilani mia succumbed and gave the name of 'Muhaddis-e-Kabeer', Mawlana Zia al-Mustapha as the answer to all of his personal questions, implying that Mawlana Sahib was in fact a close companion and would speak on behalf of Jilani mias imaan and integrity.
Unsurprisingly when Mawlana sahib arrived in Maputo, he point blank refused to comment regarding the issue and would not entertain any meeting or gathering to discuss the questions. We can also remind everyone that 'Muhaddis e Kabeer' Mawlana Zia al-Mustapha is already quoted in the recently published Ashraf al Fatawa as stating that Jilani mia has to repent for his involvement in FUREC? So why would this scholar suddenly have a dramatic change of heart and support Jilani mia and FUREC after he has recently condemned them both. Can the son of 'Sadr-us Shariah' Hadrat Mawlana Amjad Ali 'alayhir rahman go against Darul Ulum Amjadiya, we ask you ? The answer is simple, this is simply more desperate propaganda and deception by Jilani mia to divert the attention away from himself.

AN IMPORTANT DECLARATION: A CRITIQUE
Allah, In His Name [I Begin]: The Most Compassionate, The Most Merciful.
[The: 'An Important Declaration' was made by Jilani Mia on his some two weeks ago. [2006]

"(For the information of general public and private)]
In the Name of Allah the Most Beneficent and Merciful
Ladies and gentlemen! It is to inform that by making a bone of contention of the membership of FUREC organisation, butt of false and concocted allegations initiated against Faqeer Ashrafi Syed Muhammad Jilani Kichhauchhavi. Without any legal edict a campaigned of social boycott was initiated. Under the cover of FUREC the false campaign against the spiritual foundation.org I, is being carried out for last one and a half years in the country and abroad. (For details refer to Izhar-e-Haque with appendix)."
From the above opening declaration Jilani Mia confirms he either is suffering from some sort of mental disorder, is engulfed by mental anguish [of his own making] or is a complete & utter liar: one the Ummah has not witnessed the like of for many decades. If he sincerely is unaware of what he has said, continues to propagate & write - which is simply impossible because of the nature of his writings & constant & repetitive lies & deceit - then it makes him a unique liar - one who looks straight in your eyes & says I'm not lying, this is the truth believe me! If he was remotely honest in what he is saying in this declaration one would find consistency & not contradictions. Where there are inconsistencies & contradictions one naturally finds lies or deceit. If this is not pure evil then what is it? If this is not insanity then what is it? If this is not defiance of Shari'ah then what is it? The severity of his lies, its impact & absurdity are those similar to the lies behind 'weapons of mass destruction' – which turned out simply to be 'weapons of mass deception'. Perhaps JM sought to conspire to do the same?
Speak, write, gather allies, obtain not one fatwa' - hundreds, propagate & publish, use modern means of communication: the internet & distribute thousands of copies – perhaps & hopefully perhaps – the Muslims world over - or at least the Sunni Ummah will be fooled & deceived. Speak the lie so convincingly & attractively that the general Muslims will know no better neither be any wiser.
But, unfortunately for JM, he obviously underestimated the Truth, its nature & those who live, breathe & exemplify the Truth. Wherever there is darkness - light follows, where there is ignorance - knowledge brings hope, where there is falsehood - the Truth overwhelms & where there are proponents of lies & deceit - the Truth overrides & prevails over them. Such is the nature of Truth & Falsehood. The Truth is always victorious & falsehood always subsides. The Truth remains the same, unchanging & permanent, whereas falsehood is temporal, never lasting & re-appears in different pretexts. The Truth opposes falsehood, never compromises or is subdued. The Truth originates & manifests itself from the Divine - whereas falsehood is inspired & championed by the accursed Shaytan.
It truly is a shame, it really does hurt hard in the heart to find someone like JM use excuse after excuse, lies upon lies, manipulate, deceive & remain defiant of Shari'ah: Islamic Sacred Law. JM has no enemy, he is his own enemy: an enemy of the Truth & slave of his nafs. JM cannot blame anyone but himself for the consequence of his actions & the fitnah, which he initiated & arrogantly & defiantly remains sincere to, as clearly stated in this declaration. JM defiantly wants to look every Muslim in the eye & say,

JM assumes – correction, wants to deceive Muslims in believing that there are members of the Ashrafi Khanwadah who are jealous of him, the Spiritual Foundation.org & Jam'iah Sufiyyah. And, because of this jealousy FUREC was made the front in a campaign to discredit him & prevent him from achieving whatever he was attempting to achieve. We wonder if he could precisely inform the Sunni Muslims what the Khanwadah is supposed to be jealous of. Is it the Spiritual Foundation.org! When was it established? What has it accomplished? How has it helped the Sunni Muslims? What makes the Spiritual Foundation so unique that it has become a focus of 'jealousy'? Is it the same Spiritual Foundation.org which your advocates & one particular sincere heroe of today previously referred to as a 'spiritual circus'? What an absurd & devious claim! The Khanwadah Ashrafiyyah sincerely support & pray for the success of all Sunni Centre's & Mosques throughout the world & were united in support & prayer for the Spiritual Foundation.org before this unfortunate affiliation with FUREC. Never has there been any interference or objection with the Spiritual Foundation.org or Jam'iah Sufiyyah to date. JM's direct attack & disparaging remarks towards Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, May Allah preserve & protect him, have also been unprecedented. In his insanity he assumes himself to be a Spiritual leader, a Shaykh, the founder of the Spiritual Foundation.org & Jam'iah Sufiyyah, the pride & fortune of his life he says yet his deeds & his novelist writings are far from justifying this. Do his deeds & character reflect 'Ilm al-Tasawwuf'. It is JM who has jeopardized, endangered & harmed himself, his deeds, his faith & his institutions & not over the fictitious & fabricated reasons he publicizes. His insanity compels him to also say:

Well, once again, we sincerely ask the readers - does the above not demonstrate insanity of some sort? Does he not consider the Fatwa of Jam'i Ashraf a 'legal edict' even if he manufactured his disagreement with it? Is not the Jam'i Ashraf Dar al-Ifta the 'internal solution of dealing with this matter' which Jilani Mia[n] requested & spoke of in his novel: 'Declaration of Truth'? JM turned his back on Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, on the pleas & requests made by the Khanwadah Ashrafiyyah & retracted from his 'Repentance Declaration'. As for FUREC the evidence of the kufr blatantly articulated in its literature & official documents are clearer than daylight for all to see & investigate for themselves. For some very strange reason JM, Mufti Sambhali & their advocates are totally silent in refuting all or any of the material we are frequently presenting on this website. There is not a glimmer of hope for them to CHALLENGE or refute the kufr of FUREC instead resort to silly childish comments & immoral propaganda.
"The scholarly and juristic issue which could have been solved at household or at the Darul Ifta wa Qaza's level (Islamic seminary of edict) but the idea of taking it to the disciples could never get acceptance."
Well JM, the 'juristic issue' was resolved internally but you refused to accept the fatwa of Jam'i Ashraf. You also retracted from the Repentance Declaration, which you agreed with & accepted your error & agreed to publish in the presence of the two Scholars. You also gave one of the Scholars Mawlana Sayf Khalid 500 Indian rupees for his troubles to cover travel expenses & thanked him. Then YOU retracted & 'concocted' tales of conspiracies & opened the door of fitnah! The latter part of your allegation is something you have allowed the accursed shaytan whisper in your heart. There is no Truth of any conspiracy or hate/jealousy campaign against you. We eagerly wait to learn what one can be jealous of!!! There are many Sunni Scholars & Mashaikh also with Centre's & have accomplished & achieved much, more than JM, why does he tell tales of jealousy - could he kindly complete his novel!
"• It is regretting that after the internal fight between Sunni world and Ashrafi Rizwi over a period of fourteen years ignited by these elements in the Sunni world now these mischief mongers leaving no stone unturned in manufacturing mischief of a fight between Ashrafi versus Ashrafi."
Woe on YOU JM! The above once again is part of his novelist/journalist style of writings which have absolutely no connection or comparison with the issue of FUREC. Once again his impious nature intends nothing more than to arouse ill-feelings & establish false sympathy for himself as part of his campaign of fabricated conspiracies, lies & deliberate deceit. This statement will not do you any good in this world or the hereafter. As we said earlier YOU are your own enemy.
"• Though a well thought and planned atmosphere has been created in the household of creating fissure. Distance has been created between father and son, separation of wife from her husband, brother to brother, sister to sister, sister to brother, grandfather to grandson, maternal grandfather to maternal grandson, nephew to uncle, and it was written that all such people are followers of the sublime practice of Badri companions (refer to Sahifa-e-Hidayat for this rare example of worthless proverb)"
Throughout this episode there is no one who did anything to create anything, it was all created in JM's mind because it was the only tale he could 'concoct' in attempting to deviate the issue from FUREC to a matter of a minor 'juristic issue'. We ask why did JM not suffice with a few fatawa in India. Why did he go to the length & breadth of India & Pakistan? What else was he trying to create, 'a juristic issue' so that the Mufti's quarrel amongst themselves whilst he quietly continues to accept, respect the integrity of all religions? A well thought of conspiracy, pleases shaytan but no one else! Did he really think he could get away with it! As for the latter sentence above, JM will have no option but to swallow his words & pride eventually. What ignorance & what evil insinuations! A worthless proverb he claims!!!
La hawla wa La quwwata illa billahi al-'aliyyil 'azim.
Those members of the Ashrafi Khanwadah who opposed you, did so sincerely & convincingly believing FUREC to be a society which you helped establish, co-founded, morally supported, and financially donated to be an organization propagating & promoting kufr ideologies - who put aside & neglected their blood ties, including your dear brother, upholding shari'ah law. They are praised in the Noble Qur'an:
"Say [O Messenger]: If your fathers & your sons & your brothers & your wives & your tribe & the wealth you have acquired & merchandise for which you fear that there will be no sale & dwellings you desire are dearer to you than Allah & His Messenger & striving in His way: then wait till Allah brings His command to pass. Allah does not guide the wrong-doing people." [al-Qur'an 9:24]
And:
"Do men assume that they will be left [in comfort] because they say, we believe & will not be put to test with affliction?"[al-Qur'an 29:2]
And:
"You will not find folk who believe in Allah & the Last Day loving those who oppose Allah & His Messenger, even though they be their fathers or their sons or their brothers or their clan. As for such, He has written faith upon their hearts & has strengthened them with a spirit from Him & He will bring them into Gardens underneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide, Allah is well pleased with them & they are well pleased with Him. They are Allah's party. Lo: is it not the party of Allah who are the successful?"[al-Qur'an 58:22]
And:
"O You who believe! Choose neither your fathers nor your brothers for friends if they take pleasure in disbelief rather than faith. Whoso of you takes them for friends, such are wrong-doers."[al-Qur'an 9:23]
And:
"O You who believe! Choose not My enemy & your enemy for friends. Do you give them friendship when they disbelieve in that Truth which has come unto you, driving out the Messenger & you because you believe in Allah, your Lord? If you have come forth to strive in My way & seeking My good pleasure, [show them not friendship]. Do you show friendship unto them in secret? When I am best aware of what you hide & what you proclaim? Whosoever does it among you; he verily has strayed from the right way. … Your ties of kindred & your children will avail you naught upon the Day of Resurrection. He will part you. Allah is seer of all what you do."[al-Qur'an 60:1-3]
You allegedly say all this is based on jealousy nothing more, jealousy from within members of the Ashrafi household & nothing to do with kufr or FUREC. We sincerely ask, why then do two independent scholars outside the Ashrafi Khanwadah, Hadrat Mufti Hamid Raza Rizwi Qadri & the Editor of Jam e Nur also object & consider FUREC to be an organization promoting & propagating kufr ideologies? What were they jealous of? Kindly complete your novel! Also, the Editor of India Today, you paid him to publish your article & he interviewed you long before Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam had any knowledge of the SSD & the kufr in it – We beg to ask why did the Editor strangely assume you had adopted or accepted Hindu doctrines of 'Universal truths in all religions'? What was said in your interview for him to make such an incorrect statement as you allege & headline the attribution to you, which you did not even bother to refute until long after you were reproached & warned of the Shar'iy censure against you? Kindly inform us what tale of jealousy have you 'concocted' regarding these three independent sources? Kindly complete your novel!
"• On account of favouring the truth, indecent remarks were made on own elder brother Hadrat Mufakkir-e-Millat, a dirty campaign initiated against of the leadership of Shamsul Ulema Sajjadanasheen Mufti of Britain. Threat calls were made through telephone and e-mail against the challenge of debate of debater Hadrat Allama Zain-ul-Aqtab of England, telephonic threat also being received by the editor of monthly magazine Maah-e-Noor on publishing my interview. On the other hand the third party seems to have jumped into this fray in a shrewd fashion through the alleged accusations on Hazrat Sheikh-e-Azam Sajjada Nasheen Sarkar-e-Kalan. God forbid!"
Again, the above are mere narratives of JM's novel. What is the Truth JM? Hardly something of real substance merely narrated to create 'concoct' sympathy & please his nafs. All of the above have been clarified & aptly answered in this website.
"• Respected gentlemen! Faqeer Ashrafi neither keeps any negative thought nor does any destructive mind. If you have a look at the life of Faqeer Ashrafi spanning 60 years, you will only find that positive and constructive work not only India but also abroad. The history tells us that the life of negative approach and destructive mind is short."
Truly unbelievable! If there was ever a great fool JM must be high on the list. 'Negative thoughts nor destructive mind'! We need not look far but at this 'Important Declaration' which is full of negative & destructive thoughts. His own destruction in this world & the Hereafter!!! We won't go back to look into his 60 years of life, we'll leave that to Allah, who is the sole Judge, but its pretty negative & your minds very destructive from reading this 'Important Declaration' & after reading all the personal abuse & attacks, slurs, snide comments & deceit in your infamous book, which is everything but a 'Declaration of Truth'.
"• As a matter of fact the establishment of Jamia is the greatest test and reward of my life and because of which the hidden volcanic flames of ill-will and jealousy, hatred and enmity are appearing."
Another tale of many tales in his journalist's style novel book!
"• Gentlemen! List is quite long of false and concocted allegations. regard a few of them that:
(1) I have received rupees in crore from FUREC. Faqeer Ashrafi challenged openly that if FUREC or any organisation of the world, country, or governmental institutions or leader or group has given even a rupee to Spiritual Foundation and Jamia Sufiya then an inquiry could be instituted through the independent agencies like Interpol, CBI or FBI. If proved then I am liable for any punishment and deserves the curse and the wrath of Allah the Almighty in this world and Hereafter, in the grave and on the day of judgement. Otherwise the false accusers meet their end with such consequences!"
We'll leave it for Allah, The Most Majestic & The Most Sublime, to decide who deserves punishment & what kind? It's not for you to decide JM. As for money obtained from FUREC or as a result of affiliation with FUREC, JM alone is to blame for any remarks of this nature for he has allowed such talk to take place. Why after agreeing to repent did JM change his mind? Was it for money received or in hope of money in the future? JM has opened the door for speculation & for sincere Allah fearing Muslims having difficulty in understanding why a Shaykh would go against his Senior elders, his household Mashaikh, Scholars, his family merely for a non-Muslim organization founded on kufr ideologies? What was the sensible thing for him to do? Why did he not just repent? What could have been his motives? Was it anything to do with money? Did he not want to let the President of India down? Was he so embarrassed to repent, could he not swallow his pride? This is the context of the above talk only? Sincere Muslims simply want to know to take 'ibrat: learn a lesson from such events.
"(2) It was said in South Africa of taking oath of allegiance on my hand."
JM - is that not the shar'iy ruling of someone charged with kufr?
"(3) The three able sons of Jilani Miyan (Syed Muhammad Samnani Ashraf Jamia Sufiya, Syed Muhammad Yazdani Ashraf Lecturer at Hijaz College England, Syed Muhammad Husaini Ashraf Birmingham University England) have rebelled of their father."
Perhaps they shortly did until you convinced them not too! There is no smoke without a fire!
"(4) It was said in India that the accelerating speed will put a stumbling block in the way. Now all the disciples will break the allegiance."
This was a warning to JM. Because he did not show any evidence of repenting or withdrawing from FUREC & initiated his malicious campaign to fight & defend his kufr - the Mashaikh attempted to lure him back to Islam by stirring his worldly conscience for it must have been his love for the dunya which prevented him from turning to Islam. So to bring him back on the assumption that it was his greed for money & fame the above comments from the sages of Islam are to use the same tool to save him from self-destruction. For one who claims to be a Sufi & boasts about his reward & tribulation for establishing Jam'iah Sufiyyah seems extremely distant from Sufi teachings or spiritual wisdom.
"(5) It was also said in England that now the construction of Jamia Sufiya will lie uncompleted."
So repent JM & save yourself, your family, the advocates who are foolishly supporting you & the Spiritual Foundation & Jam'iah Sufiyyah? Stop this fitnah which is plainly & simply in your hands to make happen!
"• Respected men! Eventually who is responsible for these negative thoughts? And what is the benefit of community and country from such person? Who is there to put brake on this increasing mischief and deceit? It is the responsibility of every individual of Ahle-Sunnat that he should come forward to find a lasting solution of this problem with all sincerity."
The solution has been communicated to JM many a times. But JM is unwilling to listen or take heed of the Shar'iy demands. The Community never asked for this & JM did not consult the community or his elders whether he should join FUREC or not. It was a closely kept secret & the true aims & objectives undisclosed & deliberately concealed. Let us tell you again JM! Only YOU can put a brake to all this by repenting to Allah, The Oft-Forgiving & Most Merciful. The Ahl as-Sunnah Community has spoken & the forthcoming overwhelming fatawa will be their shar'iy verdict & demands!!! That is the only lasting solution if JM fears Allah!
"• Gentlemen! On one hand the great majority and authorities of Ahle-Sunnat wa Jamaat has given "Qazi-ul-Qaza"(Islamic seminary) under the contemporary circumstances for the solution and affairs of Muslims Ummah in the form of Islamic laws and on the other younger brother (Ghazi-e-Millat) declares that Sheikh-ul-Islam is a Mujaddid (revivalist of the contemporary era). If he issues an edict of infidelity whether he belongs to family or not we all have to accept it as we all accept the edicts of Ala Hadrat. (CD is available). See the tragedy of the time that the dispute belongs to India and edict of infidelity is issued in England (CD of 26th May Blackburn is available). Later the same concocted story was repeated in the Urs of Muhaddis-e-Azam-e-Hind in the presence of police force. A report was registered against Faqeer Ashrafi with the police. Had I not kept patience during the occasion of the Urs of grandfather then his inflammatory style of speech would have compelled to be ashamed of his misdeeds."
The fatawa previously acquired were done so by deceit & misrepresentation. Their clarification & refutation is forthcoming. • The Islamic injunction on the membership of FUREC is a juristic and ascertaining matter. For God sake! Do not make it an issue of ego and prestige, ill-will, and jealousy. JILANI MIA’S BIGGEST LIE IN THE DECLARATION OF TRUTH EXPOSED!!!
It is with even more regret that we have to write to expose yet another lie Jilani Mia has peddled in his book the ‘Declaration of Truth.’ On the one hand Jilani Mia attempts to show himself as a beacon of truth and honesty and on the other is exposed as a dishonourable liar by his beloved FUREC which we have set out below.
The Declaration of Truth was written by Jilani Mia to supposedly show the world what an honest and sincere person he is and how the allegations of infidelity against him were false and baseless. However, through the use of his own pen and as a result of his actions Jilani Mia has been exposed as a hypocrite who has tried to deceive and misguide Sunni Muslims throughout the world and tried to hide a very big lie in a book which supposedly is a Declaration of Truth.
Once the reader has finished reading this pamphlet we have absolute confidence that every person who fears Allah Almighty and has one iota of honesty and fairness will agree with our judgement that Jilani Mia has moved so far away from the pious and pure faith of Islam that he doesn’t fear the life heareafter and therefore has no qualms about lying to the Scholars of Islam.

Summary : Integrity of all religions
Once again, in the following address delivered by Jilani mia (JM) on the 24th November 2004, during the inaugural day of UP Chapter of FUREC which was entrusted to Spiritual Foundation, JM self-defines & determines his infidelic understanding of the kufriyyah ideology of “Unity of Religions”. He now further elucidates & expands on the kufr speaking of the “Integrity” of ALL religions. Integrity means: 1. adherence to moral principles; honesty. 2. the quality of being unimpaired; soundness 3. unity; wholeness. What integrity is JM referring to here? No need to research, JM kindly confirms his inner belief & the contextual meaning implied in the address below:
“… it is necessary for all the religious leaders to explore the truth and the essence of religions to keep a balance in the development of human society.”
JM unequivocally states that the ‘truth’ & ‘the essence’ of ALL religions is the integrity of ALL religions!!! His reference to ‘religions’ without distinction is another example of his ignorance in Din e Islam. Every student of Islam knows the distinction between the concept of Din & religion. He earlier also said:
“But care has to be taken that the hedonistic approach to human progress does not lead to destruction of human values and religious persuasions. This is the essence of religion.”
Firstly, in the above excerpt of his address, JM does not represent Islam. Since when was “the hedonistic approach to human progress” solely or partly the essence of Islam? [Hedonism means: 1. belief in pleasure as the highest good and humankind’s proper aim. 2. behaviour based on this.] If he suggests his reference is to the approach of Scientists, Corporate heads of International companies & Governments with their “use of modern technology and scientific advancement for progress of socio-economic development”, & if these “lead to destruction of human values and religious persuasions.” then “this is the essence of religion.”!!! Is he suggesting that the role of religious adherents/followers is to protect & safeguard from such destruction & that’s the essence of ALL religions? If one hypothetically accepts this for the sake of argument, does this also not imply his belief in the ‘integrity’ of All religions. JM accepts the ‘Unity’ of, the ‘Acceptance’ of, the ‘Respect’ of, the ‘Integrity’ of, the ‘Truth’ of & now also the ‘essence’ of ALL religions, in some way or the other.
JM also translates the Arabic of “al-khalqu kullahum ‘iyaalu Allah” incorrectly. He said: “The entire creation is subservient to God. This is a divine outlook which binds us all and helps us solving our problems.” The Arabic word “iyaal” means children, family or household [dependants], or to support, sustain, have to feed [esp. members of the family], have to provide for or be responsible for. The word “subservient” means: 1. obsequious in behaviour or attitude. 2. serving as a means to an end. 3. a less common word for subordinate. So, one can clearly see the correct translation would be “The entire creation is dependant of Allah.” The word ‘iyaal’ though meaning children, family has been applied & attributed metaphorically to Allah, to elevate the status & convey the dignity & sanctity of man. Normally, the Qur’an & Sunnah refer to people as the servants ‘ibaad’ of Allah, [The Most Majestic & The Most Sublime].
JM has himself proven beyond the shadow of doubt that, not only was his manipulation of literal implications a clear deception on his & Mufti Sambhali’s part, but also he is incompetent to lead, represent & address Muslims or non-Muslims, when he resorts to interfering with Sacred texts & Shar’iy principles to convey a “divine outlook” as he suggests.

What do the respected Muftis say about Jilani Miya’s questionnaire which contains lies and deceit and which has been expressed in the following terms:
‘A conclave of multi- faith leaders was held at the behest of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, President of India at Surat in Gujarat, INDIA in October 2003 under the tense condition arising out of communal violence in Gujarat. Faqeer Ashrafi was also invited as an advisor in the deliberation. Surat Spiritual Declaration was declared in the same meeting. Besides this it was pondered over to establish a foundation consisting of followers of religions who could jointly work and find solutions of the burning issues arising in the country.
Consequently, in June 2004 an organization was launched in New Delhi called: ‘Foundation for Unity of Religions and Enlightened Citizenship’ which in short called (FUREC).
From the very first day of its establishment it was clarified that the meaning of ‘unity of religions’ is not to merge religion with any other religion nor to acceptance of religions rather it is in the ‘unity of the followers of religion’ to work jointly in the issues of the country. Thus, if any of my word or writing mentioned in the booklet of FUREC in the context of unity, respect or acceptance then the above mentioned meaning should be elucidated. Despite this, I have received written clarification from FUREC foundation. And to make my stand more strong and effective, I also sent a proposal of amendment (Memorandum of Association in the aims and objects) to FUREC foundation. Especially in the section 30 of FUREC constitution which was unanimously accepted by the Executive Body of FUREC which follows as:
Incorporation of the following amendments in the constitution of FUREC

‘Unity of religions’ implies the ‘unity of the followers of religions’ in making joint efforts in the issues of the country.

If any article or section or programme of Surat Spiritual Declaration ( SSD) or the constitution or any article or articles or aims and objects and practice or proceeding or function of FUREC clashes with the religious tenets of any religion or followers of religion then that religion or follower of the religion can exempt from joining it. (Pages 23-25 Declaration of Truth by Sayed Muhammad Jilani Ashraf March 2006)
The Muftis will be very surprised to learn that Jilani Miya’s above statement is based on ten lies.
1. Lie Number One
This is that a meeting was held ‘at the behest of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, President of India at Surat in Gujarat, INDIA in October 2003 under the tense condition arising out of communal violence in Gujarat’
The truth is that the function attended by Jilani Miya was not to meet and discuss the tense conditions in Gujerat but the function in Surat was for the celebration of the birthday of the President of India. This was celebrated by a large number of non Muslim Sadhu leaders. Together with the majority of non-Muslim leaders, Jilani Miya also participated in this conclave of polytheists making him the only Sunni leader amongst the large number of non-Muslims.
2. Lie Number Two
This lie is that to attend this meeting which in fact was a birthday celebration; Jilani Miya left America and Europe for the city of Surat and endured grave difficulty to discuss the burning issues of the nation. On page 31 of the Surat Spiritual Declaration it states that:
‘…Sayed Muhammad Jilani Ashraf Kichauchavi Founder & Chief of spiritual Foundation was on the way of his spiritual visit to North America, France and England. He arrived in Delhi in the morning of 14th October and left for Surat via Baroda by flight to participate in the deliberation.’
There is no mention of any burning issue of the nation!
3. Lie Number Three
The purpose of the meeting was not to discuss communal violence but the following:
‘Abdul Kalam, has been the first President of India to celebrate his birthday anniversary with simplicity in the spiritual gathering of multi-faith spiritual leaders at Surat in Gujrat on 15th October 2003.’ (Page 31 Surat Spiritual Declaration)
What need was there to lie in the questionnaire regarding the purpose of the meeting? Instead of the three lies of communal violence in Gujerat, the burning issues arising in the country and due to the wish of the President of India one truth was sufficient; that to celebrate the birthday of the President of India the supporters and leaders of Islam and other false religions gathered in the city of Surat, Gujerat.
4. Lie Number Four
This lie is that the meeting was held:
‘To ponder over the establishment of a foundation in October 2003’
The truth is that in Surat in October 2003 only the Surat Spiritual Declaration was pondered over and agreed.
It should be carefully noted that that Surat Declaration has no mention of communal riots and the pain and suffering of the people of Gujerat. The Surat Spiritual Declaration is based upon five projects in which there is no mention of the communal rioting in Gujerat and the abuse and brutality of the administration.
And far as FUREC is concerned, it was initiated in Delhi in 2004 approximately one year after the Surat Spiritual Declaration was signed. This meeting was held on the birthday of the great Jaini religious leader Swami Mahaprajanjee. It is a great shame that the Surat Spiritual Declaration and FUREC’s day of initiation corresponds with the birthdays of two non-Islamic leaders.
5. Lie Number Five
This lie is:
‘It was decided on the first day the meaning and definition of unity of religion’
The truth is that the Surat Spiritual Declaration was agreed in October 2003 and on which Jilani Miya’s signature of agreement exists. FUREC was established in 2004 approximately one year later. And for one year as the Foundation hadn’t been established the question of an explanation of the un-Islamic purposes contained in the Surat Spiritual Declaration simply does not arise. It was after the establishment of the Foundation that meetings were held and in these meetings there was no reference to the above-mentioned decision and definition.
In the constitution of FUREC under Article 11 of the Rules and Regulations the Apex Body must meet at least three times a year and the minutes of these meetings are to be circulated to members of the Apex Body at least ten days before the next meeting. Yet Jilani Miya in his book the ‘Declaration of Truth’ on pages 7-8 under the heading ‘A Fact’ states that
‘I can tell you about my hectic schedule that since the establishment of FUREC, I have not to date attended a single meeting or function of FUREC. I was assigned the responsibility of the U P chapter of FUREC but I have not done anything for it.’

Why has Jilani Miya not attended a single meeting?

Is it because this organisation’s aims and objectives are un-Islamic?

Is it because there are anti Islamic programs in the organisation’s projects?

If this is the case why is there his endorsement containing signature?

And if FUREC is unblemished then why stay away from it from the beginning until now?

And if his aim is to stay away then why return from the itinerary of France, England and America and run to Surat with such haste and travel by plane?
In the constitution of FUREC at Article number Four under the Cessation of Membership it states:
Cessation of Membership: The Apex Body (Governing Body) of the Foundation shall have the powers to expel/terminate a member from the membership of the Foundation on following grounds
a) On death
b) On written resignation having been accepted.
c) On absence from three consecutive meetings.
d) If found to be involved in any anti- social activities.
e) If adjudged by any court of law to be a criminal offender
f) If found guilty of propaganda against the Aim and Objectives of the Foundation.
g) If found to be of unsound mind.
Respected Muftis, according to the rules and regulations of FUREC, the Apex body should meet at least three times in a year and anyone absent for more than two years means he has not attended six meetings and being absent from three meetings is sufficient to expel a member from the Foundation. You have read Jilani Miya’s statement that he has not attended a single meeting or function between June 2004 and April 2006 – the question now is how his membership still remains intact? If only Jilani Miya would light a small lamp of truth in the darkness of lies that he has spread.
When Jilani Miya hasn’t attended a single meeting, then when was the clarification he has given mentioned? He is the only Sunni Muslim to have been included in the Apex Body. From the others, one is a discredited Wahhabi ‘Wahiddudin Khan’, one is a Dawoodi Bhora and the rest are all non-Muslims. In total there are fifteen members in the Apex Body, of which fourteen are non-Sunnis. There is only one Sunni, who is Jilani Miya and he hasn’t attended a single meeting so who sought this clarification and equally who gave this clarification?
The truth is that the Surat Spiritual Declaration and the constitution remain exactly as they were and not a single word has been changed. Up and until this date, FUREC has not printed any explanation of its aims and objectives contained in the constitution.
Through the internet and media, sometimes through a questionnaire to Muftis, and sometimes by publishing and distributing in large numbers booklets for FUREC in Urdu and English he has espoused lie upon lie and supported FUREC and yet at the same time it is being claimed that he hasn’t been to a single meeting or function of FUREC. If FUREC is so bad, then why does he not give his resignation and repent for supporting infidelity between 2003 and 2004?

6. Lie Number Six
This lie is such that any knowledgeable person will easily be able to understand.
‘the meaning of ‘unity of religions’ is not to merge religion with any other religion nor acceptance of religions rather it is in the ‘unity of the followers of religion’ to work jointly in common the issues of the country.’
Explaining that the meaning of unity of religions is not to merge all religions together is extremely dubious. Unity of religions is not the same as respect and acceptance of religions – what kind of false and dubious claim is this?
Which ignoramus is there for whom unity, respect and acceptance carry the same meaning? Who is defining unity of religions the same as respect of religions? Whose claim is it that unity of religions means acceptance of religions? And therefore what need is there for the explanation that the meaning of ‘unity of religions’ is not…acceptance of religions’?
Without doubt unity of religions, respect of religions and acceptance of religions have their own separate meanings and are three separate statements of infidelity and all three have nothing legally whatsoever to do with the common issues of a nation.
Unity of religions is not a new concept but it is a very old ideology spread and practised by King Akbar and Swami Vivikanand etc. FUREC is following the same methodology and philosophy of these people. I quote:
‘Name: Foundation for the Unity of religions and Enlightened Citizenship (Page 5)
Aim: To promote and implement the Surat Spiritual Declaration (attached as appendix) by sustaining the human spirit on the basis of acceptance of, and respect for, all religions, (Article 4 Page 5)
(c) To provide for inter-faith dialogue and a common platform for multiple religions to work together towards religious harmony. (Article 5 Page 6)
(f) To promote universal values of all religions (Page 6)

Use all types of media to propagate unity of religion (Page 6)

To pay respect and honour to all religions (Page 6)

Respect viewpoints of all religions (Page 54)

All religions are beautiful gardens (Page 56)

Respecting each other’s rituals, way of life or viewpoints (Page 57)

These efforts will elevate religions in the minds of the people (Page 57)

The real purpose and unity of religions should be embedded in the minds of students. (Page 44)

And for the unity of religions, jointly celebrating the sacred days of other religions such as Holi and Diwali (Pages 5 and 43)

All religions jointly participating in religious prayers (Pages 5 & 43)
From these aims and objectives, it is clear that the definition of unity of religions isn’t anything except its obvious meaning. Of FUREC’s 21 members of the Executive Body 20 are non-Sunnis. And in the Apex Body of the fifteen members 14 are non- Sunnis. Therefore who is going to seek such an explanation and give definitions especially when the one Sunni does not attend any meetings?
Jilani Miya should cease giving this false explanation and stop trying to declare a non- Islamic organisation as Islamic.
7. Lie Number Seven
This lie is that according to Jilani Miya the meaning of unity in FUREC is the unity in the common issues of the nation. If this explanation is correct then the following questions are raised:

Is the recognition, approval and acceptance of religions unity in common issues?

Is the respect of religions unity in common issues?

Is celebrating Holi, Diwali, Budh Jenti, Ram Nowmi, Christmas unity in common issues?

Is the attempt to indoctrinate the principle of unity of religions in the minds of Muslim students unity in common issues?

If FUREC’s intention is only to resolve ‘common issues’ then why are these 22 un-Islamic ideas and purposes contained in FUREC? Being fully aware that the aims and objectives of FUREC are based on infidelity and are anti Sharia, why did Jilani Miya become a founder member of FUREC? Is it not an act of infidelity on his part approving of these aims and objectives and trying to change what is unlawful into something lawful?
8. Lie Number Eight
This is that ‘he obtained written clarification from FUREC.’
9. Lie Number Nine
This lie is that there has been an amendment to FUREC’s Constitution prior to 27 October 2005.
In response to lies number 8 and 9 I would like to inform you that two letters relied on by Jilani Miya and attributed to the Chairman of FUREC and Member Secretary in which there is an explanation of the above are both false and are fraudulent.
The first is dated 16 June 2005 and the other dated 27 October 2005. Both letters have been written on bogus letterheads and contain five inconsistencies which are described below:
First Inconsistency

In the letter dated 16 June 2005, the name of the Member Secretary is not printed.

In the letter dated 27 October 2005 the name of the Member Secretary is printed.
Second Inconsistency

The signature of the Member Secretary appears in a certain way in the letter dated 16 June 2005.

It seems as if the letters were printed on different dates from a computer. As a result of this the letterheads were by mistake printed in different font sizes. The one who lies never remembers otherwise it is common practice that all letter headed paper of an established organization are the same in presentation.
Fifth Inconsistency

All learned people are aware that any correspondence from an authorized and registered organization will display its dispatch reference number which is used for future correspondence between the parties concerned. However on these letters there are no dispatch reference numbers. Is it not strange that such a well recognized organization dealing with such an important issue as an amendment does not include a reference dispatch number. Have you ever seen such corruption in a genuine and truthful organization?
10. Lie Number Ten
This is the biggest lie of all, which is set out below:
‘I also sent a proposal of amendment (Memorandum of association) in the aims and objects to FUREC foundation. Especially in the Section 30 of FUREC constitution which was unanimously accepted by the executive body of FUREC which follows as:
Incorporation of the following amendments in the constitution of FUREC

‘Unity of religions’ implies the ‘unity of the followers of religions’ in making joint efforts in the issues of the country.

If any article or section or programme of Surat Spiritual Declaration (SSD) or the constitution or any article or articles or aims and objects and practice or proceeding or function of FUREC clashes with the religious tenets of any religion or followers of religion then that religion or follower of the religion can exempt from joining it.’
If Jilani Miya is indeed bound by Sharia then he would not have signed the Surat Spiritual Declaration in October 2003 and additionally he would not have endorsed the infidelity of FUREC.
This is Shaykh al Islam’s decision in Sharia which Jilani Miya under pressure has responded to by making a false and deceitful claim of an ‘amendment’.
According to Jilani Miya’s version of events:

He signs the Surat Spiritual Declaration in October 2003.

In June 2004 he endorses the infidelity containing aims and objectives.

He claims there has been an amendment in October 2005.
Notwithstanding the above, between October 2003 and October 2005 for a period of two years without any amendment he continued to approve of infidelity contained in the Surat Spiritual Declaration and between June 2004 and October 2005 he continued to approve of the infidelity contained in FUREC.
Is he now prepared to repent in Sharia for the two years that he has ‘endorsed infidelity’ in the Surat Spiritual Declaration?
And is he prepared to repent for the fifteen-month period between June 2004 and October 2005 from the infidelity of FUREC?
