Introduction
Assalamu 'alaykum,
Islam is a complete way of life. It is the chosen Deen of Allah, Subhanahu wa Ta'ala. Since the dawn of Man, the essence of a religious Truth & experience has existed in the world. This religious essence is deeply rooted in our fitrah. This religious essence is rational & knowable. Islam is a religion par excellence, coherent, autonomous system of Truths about reality, of imperatives for action and provides clear, rational & natural guidelines for all kinds & levels of human activity. At the centre of this essence is Tawhid; the Uniqueness of Almighty Allah, Subhanahu wa Ta’ala.
Islam is the living Truth & natural religious essence for all humanity. Humanity needs Islam. Only Islam provides the answers to the religious, social, cultural, environmental & economic problems of the world. Islam is the only religious Truth. Islam is not ethnocentric by nature. Unlike Judaism & Hinduism, the essence of Islam is beyond a particular ethnic supremacy. Their religious exclusives’ are incompatible with dialogue with the other world religions. The essence of Islam provides comprehensive room for inter-religious dialogue & co-operation with all humanity.
The Book of Allah, Subhanahu wa Ta’ala, Al – Qur’an; is the living Truth & manifestation of the Verbatim of the speech of Allah, Subhanahu wa Ta’ala. The religious essence of Islam is not subject to change. Islam is a complete way of life. Islam is a complete code & system of guidance. It deals with every aspect of our life. Islam is not a private or personal affair of Man. Islam is a complete religious Truth. Any changes or fusion of alien ideas, thoughts are synonymous to interfering with the Creators Words & mixing falsehood with the pure & unadulterated Truth of Islam’s religious essence. Islam clearly identifies Mans purpose in this world as a khalifah; vicegerent. Islam clearly distinguishes between the essence of religious Truth & Islamic Humanism. The sacred texts & the example of the living Prophet, salla Allahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is the living essence & proof of the only legitimate foundation for seeking the religious unity of mankind. If inter-religious dialogue is to move beyond the exchange of information & ethical courtesies, it has to have a religious norm in terms of which it can compose the differences between the religions. This religious norm must be common to the dialoguing parties. Islam finds this norm in din al-fitrah. It is also essential that the dialoguing parties feel a measure of freedom vis-à-vis their historical religious traditions. Islam is the only religion which suggests this primal din al-fitrah concept as the basis of further academic outgrowth for advanced study & basis for a religious world-ecumene.
Hence, being the living Truth; Islam must not be compromised or presented in a modern apologetic fashion. Islam means ‘submission, obedience to His commands.’ It is western scholars who first suggested through their erroneous interpretation that Islam connoted a personal attitude of piety rather than a religious system. It is evident in the West & in our Muslim countries that the governments have through this alleged logical argument deliberately separated religion from one’s mainstream life & declared religion to be merely a personal & private matter. The same intent is behind the constitution of FUREC.
Islam has acknowledged the non-believer on three distinct levels: the first is that of humanism. Islam introduced the concept of din al-fitrah to express its judgement that all men are endowed at birth by Allah with a religion that is True, genuine & valid for all time.
As humans they are free to exercise their right to arrive at the essence of all the religious Truths. This is a natural endowment bestowed by Allah, Subhanahu wa ta’alaa, upon man. By birth mankind is equipped with the necessary tools to realise the religious essence of Islam. The universalism of this aspect of Islamic doctrine knows no exception whatsoever. All of mankind are equal as creatures of Allah, Subhanahu wa ta’alaa, as well as their natural ability to recognise Allah, Subhanahu wa ta’alaa & His law. Islam is a natural religion rather than merely a religion of history. As the Prophet, salla Allahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said, “All men are born Muslim.”
In our modern times, the relationship of Islam to other faiths has never been more important. It is incumbent upon our Scholars & Spiritual dignitaries to present Islam in its pure & pristine image, unadulterated, uncompromised & in particular not in an apologetic manner undermining the religious Truth & Essence of Islam as the True & only acceptable way of life chosen by Allah, Subhanahu wa ta’alaa, Himself for all humanity.
Jilani mian & his advocates should immediately repent & withdraw from such associations & organisations whose sole intention is to disengage the masses from religious values & Truths whilst the state pursues their goals of Global Capitalism & the control of the masses in the name of democracy.

This booklet explains in detail the aims and objects of FUREC. It also discusses in detail the manner used by Jilani mia in obtaining the Fatawas from the various Islamic Jurists. The claim of amendment is challenged and all original documents as issued by the Indian government and offices of the registrar in Delhi has been included in this booklet for the perusal of our readers.
The aim of this booklet is to highlight the lies and false claims made by Jilani Mia. It is also to inform the Sunni masses and let the international community of the Ahl as-Sunnah w'al Jamaah read and understand this very important issue that is rife amongst the community.
