Why are their mureeds leaving and renewing bayt with true,
honest and sincere Shaykh's ?
It is with the utmost regret & sorrow that we are compelled to inform all Muslims of the recent impious action & further conspiracy initiated from Jilani Mia's (JM) camp, spearheaded by one of his most outspoken supporters. This occurred last night during a spiritual gathering in Blackburn, where there were 'Ulama & many Muslims present in excess of sixty, who will confirm the following too. In this gathering, a person received a phone call from someone claiming to be a certain Mr. X of India.
Mr. X stated he had just arrived from India & had to speak to Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, Allah preserve & protect him, on some matter of extreme urgency. Innocently assuming the call to be genuine, the phone was handed over to Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, may Allah preserve & protect him. Upon answering the phone, it turned out that Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, may Allah preserve & protect him, was speaking to a Mr. Y well known in the UK. This was a premeditated plan to deceive & lie about the true identity of Mr. Y in order to speak with Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, may Allah preserve & protect him.
What followed was neither a discussion, nor representative of someone seeking clarity or sincerely concerned with the whole affair of the charge of 'kufr' on JM. Mr. Y was throughout the conversation discourteous, arrogant & unwilling to allow Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, may Allah preserve & protect him, speak. The 'Ulama around Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, may Allah preserve & protect him, soon realised this was no sincere or honest caller, this was the work of some deceiving & dishonest people who are merely intent on causing further mischief.
The same identified caller had previously approached another Scholar in person, presented JM's case file consisting of copies of Fatawa's, statements, official documents, etc, & demanded the respected Scholar to immediately announce his official support & loyalty to JM. He strongly argued that JM was on the 'Haq' & falsehood was on the 'other side'. If this person was remotely sincere with the sincere intention to seek a Scholarly opinion from a Shari'ah perspective, surely he would allow the Scholar to read the alleged evidence & supporting documents before he could make any sincere & impartial Islamic Legal Interpretation. This was clear coercion, contrary to the clear commands of al-Qur'an & Sunnah & contempt of the Usuls of Islamic Sacred Law.
Mr. Y adopted the same coercive & arrogant line of conversation with Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, may Allah preserve & protect him. It was clear to all present something was not right & the caller was not simply rude but also harassing Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, may Allah preserve & protect him.
The number of the caller was registered in the mobile phone so one of the respected Scholars returned the call to Mr. Y. The respected Scholar at first overcome by emotions & anger at this evil deception & arrogant style of conversation, reprimanded the caller, reminding him he was unjust & unIslamic in his address to Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, may Allah preserve & protect him, who after all is from the Blessed Progeny of the Beloved Messenger of Allah, salla Allahu 'alayhi wa sallam, a renowned Scholar, a Juris-consult & sagacious Scholar of the Ahl as-Sunnah w'al Jama'ah: The People of the Sunnah & the Authentic Community. Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, may Allah preserve & protect him, being senior to the caller in every sense. There were a few further exchanges, etc, also.
Upon addressing the issues concerned & clarifying the position of the majority Ashrafi Saadaat, eventually the caller was apologetic & seemed embarrassed for his outbursts & unfounded comments. He seemed shocked to learn of the vast support Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, may Allah preserve & protect him, had from within the Ashrafi family & the Ahl as-Sunnah w'al Jama'ah Scholars at large.
From the very outset Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, may Allah preserve & protect him, sincerely asked JM to repent. Until & unless he does not do so, the charge of 'kufr' will stand & our position in relation to that will not be compromised or undermined.
The Fatwa' was written after serious investigation, research & with absolute consciousness of the Shar'iy responsibilities & its implications. The background & detailed circumstances leading up to the charge of 'kufr' are clearly documented in the book by Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam's, may Allah preserve & protect him, ''Sahifa'ai Hidayat'' & ''The Light of Truth.'' Not forgetting the ''10 Big Lies''.
We are fully aware of the 'defence' file JM & his supporters are distributing among the 'Ulama. As for the content, it does not impair or weaken our resolve to carry out our Shar’iy obligation or change our Shar'iy opinion. We are also not dependent or reliant on issuing any new Fatwa' in support of our Shar’iy opinion nor refute any new Fatwa' in the apparent favour or in defence of JM's case.
However, since the Fatwa' obtained by JM were acquired by false statements & deceit hence, we shall further corroborate with our conclusive & overwhelming evidence. The evidence against JM is mounting & his obstinacy by character & actions with the charge, his deceit, lies & fraudulent activities have come to light for all to see. That which is built on lies & deceit will only manifest the same. No matter how hard they try to conceal or distort the Truth, the outcome will only bring further embarrassment as the Truth by its very essence & nature will always surface mightier & manifest itself stronger than ever.

Allah, In the Name of [I Begin]: The Most Compassionate, The Most Merciful
Many Muslims, young & old, exchange heated arguments as to who is the Mujaddid of our era. The following Hadith is explained by one of the great Ahl as-Sunnah wa'l Jama'ah Scholars.
Sadly the disgraced Jilani mia, Mufti Sambhali & other mischievous people have also deliberately played & used this title as a means to defame Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, May Allah, preserve & protect him. After reading this brief article one will realise how mischievous people have twisted & distorted the meaning & purpose of a Mujaddid. Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, has no aspirations or desires to be acclaimed with this or any other title.
Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, May Allah, preserve & protect him, writes:
"… as for my personal opinion upon which I have full faith, regarding me being a Mujaddid, well I am not even a single hair of a real Mujaddid of the Din & Millat …… once in Raipur, the word Mujaddid was applied for me so whilst there I rebuked it through a local paper & instructed the sincere devoted followers to guard themselves from such exaggerations."
Also:
"… it is he, Mufti Mu'in who first addressed me & made others address me as a Mujaddid in a conference in Bengal in which Mawlana Khalil Rampuri on his suggestion announced. Coincidently I was on the stage, later when I sat on the chair for my speech, after the Hamd & Darud & Salam, I addressed Mawlana Khalil & the very first words I said were: 'ya bunayya ta'allam thumma takallam': 'O My child! Learn first then speak'. After which before the huge audience I refuted this & instructed him not to say such things. Mawlana Khalil, May Allah keep him, was very embarrassed by this & he himself informed that it was Mufti Mu'in who instructed him to say so."
"… the same Mufti [Sambhali] arrived once with a very beautiful walking stick which he had made for me from Sambhal & offered it to me as a gift. The upper end of the stick which is grasped by the hand, when I glanced at it, I saw the words 'mujaddid al-'asr'[Mujaddid of the era] engraved on it. Because he gave me the stick as a gift I did not see it befitting to reject it … Yes … however what I surely did was that I began to scrape that part where the engraved words were until there was no trace of it. This certainly affected the finishing of the handle … nevertheless …I guarded myself from the folly of walking around with such a stick on which words of 'mujaddid al-'asr'is engraved for me."

Mufti Ahmad Yar Khan, 'alayhi al-rahmah wa al-ridwan:
Hadrat Hakim al-ummah [the Sage of the Ummah], Mawlana al-Haj Mufti Ahmad Yar Khan, Naimi, Ashrafi, Badayuni, Rahimahu Allah, explains the following Hadith in his famous book: mir'at al-manajih sharh mishqat al-masabih:
Vol 1, Kitab al-'ilm, Hadith No. 247, Page: 214:
It is reported on the same authority: I have learnt the Messenger of Allah, [salla Allahu 'alayhi wa sallam] to have said:
"Verily Allah, the Exalted & Glorious, would send to this Ummah of mine at the end of every century one [mujaddid] who would give new life to its religion."
Narrated by Abu Dawud
Hakim al-Ummah, rahimahu Allah, explains the above Hadith:
"One of the special qualities & attributes of this Ummah is that though there will always be 'Ulama' & Awliya' however, in the beginning or the end of each [Islamic] century special reformers will rise who will propagate the Sunnah, erase innovations, remove erroneous reinterpretations & correctly disseminate Islam. Take heed, on the basis of this Hadith many people have counted Mujaddids according to their own judgement: so & so in the first century, the second so & so, many corrupt & fakes also considered themselves to be Mujaddids. Mirza Ghulam Qadiani first considered himself to be a Mujaddid later a Prophet. The fact is it is neither implied to be a certain person, nor a specific group, it maybe a Muslim Soverign [ruler], sometimes a Muhaddith, occasionally a faqih [Qualified legal expert: Jurist], at times a Sufi, now & again a affluent [righteous] Muslim, every so often some rulers/ministers/leaders will revive/reform the Din, at times one & sometimes their groups [individual groups or collectively] will specially serve the Din, they are the Mujaddids. E.g. in one era it was Sultan Muhiyy ud-Din Awrangzayb 'alamghiri, rahimahu Allah, who removed Akbar's innovations from Islam, & like, Qutb al-waqt Hadrat Mujaddid Alif Thani, Shaykh Ahmad Sarhindi, rahimahu Allah, or like in this era the 'alim, a'ala Hadrat Mawlana Shah Ahmad Rida Khan, Baraylawi, rahimahu Allah, who by virtue of pen & articulation distinguished Truth & Falsehood."
Vol 1, Kitab al-'ilm, Hadith No. 248, Page: 214:
Ibrahim bin 'Abd al-Rahman al-'Udhuri, reported the Messenger of Allah, [salla Allahu 'alayhi wa sallam] as saying:
"In every successive century the authentic Scholars would bear this knowledge who would rectify the distortions of the extremists & the falsification of the falsifiers & the interpretations of the ignorant."
Narrated by Bayhaqi
Hakim al-Ummah, rahimahu Allah, explains the above Hadith:
"Some ignoramuses from amongst Muslims will appear as 'Ulama' interpreting the Qur'an & Hadith erroneously & will distort their meanings but the righteous group will counter & remove all these things. Alhamdu li'l Allah! Till today this is occurring & will be the same in the future. Behold, the ruling governments are neither guardians/patrons of the 'Ulama of Din nor are the people, yet still the Jama'at of the 'Ulama' keep rising & continue to serve the Din. Baraka Allahu fihim."
And, Allah, The Most Majestic & The Most Sublime,
is All-Knowing & All-Wise.
Mufti Shamshuddoha's Sons Abusive Activities Exposed
- Shocking Proof Revealed !
The Baskari Sharif website containing insults and abuse of the Ashrafi family
in Kichoccha Sharif has been created and managed by Mufti Shamsudduha's
sons - conclusive proof provided by Anjuman e Gharib Nawaz.
This short article has been written to highlight the depths to which Mufti Shamsudduha's sons have sunk in order to try and deflect attention from the fact that they are not a sayyad family. With conclusive proof we can show that the abuse and insults contained in www.baskharisharif.com and directed at the esteemed personalities of the sayyads of Kichoccha Sharif including Ala Hazrat Ashrafi Miya and Hazrat Mohaddis e Azam e Hind (Blessings be upon them) including the allegation that they were of the Shia faith has been propagated by Mufti Shamsudduha and his sons living in Blackburn UK.
Some of this material was distributed by post in Blackburn in June 2006; and recently this as well as additional material containing more insults, abuse and false claims have also appeared on the internet. Anjuman e Garib Nawaz strongly suspected that this was the activity of Mufti Shamsuddoha's sons (see Mufti Shamsuddoha's sons abuse their own mother article) as the styles of Rehmani Farooqi (youngest son of Mufti Shamsuddoha) and his 'Abul Gaus' website. The 'Baskhari sharif' website and the 'Abul Gaus' websites were almost identical as was the improper and inaccurate use of the English language.
However Anjuman e Garib Nawaz can now provide conclusive evidence despite the claims of innocence that www.baskharisharif.com has been created and managed by the sons of Mufti Shamsudduha and the abusive material contained on the website is being propagated only by them.
Once the readers have carefully digested the contents of this article we have no doubt that they will agree with our conclusion that it is compulsory for every Sunni Muslim who fears Allah Almighty and has hopes of salvation to stay away from the corrupt, immoral, abusive, mischievous, dishonest, destructive and fraudulent behaviour of Mufti Shamsudduha and his sons.
