General review of Zain’s secretly recorded deceiving & conspired phone call : Part 2

Zain ul-aqtab & his minority group of followers, including Jilani mian, of hijaz college & solicitor [by profession] once again in their unique arrogant, deceitful & mischievous way on the 21st of July 2006, posted the audio recording of the conversation zain had with Shaykh al-Islam, Hadrat ‘Allama Sayyad Muhammad Madani Miya, May Allah, The Most Majestic & The Most Sublime, preserve & protect him, on Google video.com. Google video is managed by Google itself, and should only be used for propagating positive and constructive material on Islam.

The recording on Google was not complete & they deliberately edited the very beginning when the call was made & the very end, in an impious attempt to deceive the general Muslims of their conspiracy & evil plans, contrary to Shari’ah principles & the Taqwa’ of Allah, The Most Majestic & The Most Sublime.

Zain did not fail in demonstrating his usual arrogance, disrespect & vanity to the extent he was laughing whilst speaking to Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam. Zain’s premeditated call through his lies, deception, his inner impious nature & arrogant conduct during the conversation, all being subject to shar’iy reprimand, censure & contrary to the expected Taqwa’ of one who’s position in the Sunni Community is assumed to be of a scholar & pir!

What is so saddening is this precise point, that the two principal co-conspirers [zain & Jilani] & open liars are founders or affiliated with Muslim education/spiritual centres, namely, Hijaz College & Jami’ah Sufiyya respectively. If this is their representation of Islam & spirituality then indeed we are better off without it. They are not mureeds or students that one may overlook their impious actions & comments, NO; they are so-called religious/spiritual leaders of the Muslim Community. May Allah, The Most Majestic & The Most Sublime, protect & us from such impious people & their deeds.

As for the content & the ‘supposed’ premeditated challenge, this it self was contrary to the Taqwa’ of Allah, The Most Majestic & The Most Sublime. It is obvious Jilani mia conspired & planned with zain to make such a challenge to Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam on the following grounds:

• the supposed challenge was not sincere, the call was made two days prior to, Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam’s departure. Jilani mia knew very well Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam always keeps to his schedules & pre-arranged itinerary, seldom making changes.

So the call was deliberately timed by the two principal impious & deceiving conspirers.

• Also, Jilani mia knew very well Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam would not accept the challenge of munazarah with anyone, let alone a practising solicitor in kufr courts. What kind of conscience can such a person have? We’ve established that by his recent & overall conduct!

Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, prior to his arrival to the UK made his position very clear. The charge of kufr was made after over a year of sincere counselling, advices & string of appeals. One can see, jeelani was given the opportunity many times but chose to ignore, create enmity, hostilities & open the doors of mischief. Contrary to what he supposedly teaches his mureeds & what he should be exemplifying to the students of Jami’ah Sufiyyah.

Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam’s, position as jeelani knows since over a year & prior to arriving in the UK, was that he must unreservedly repent & resign from FUREC, to which incidentally he agreed to acknowledge his gross error in the month of March 2005. He also agreed to the text of the repentance declaration.

• The visiting Scholars, who met Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, were informed of the facts & background leading to the charge of kufr. No scholar was coerced or asked to endorse the fatwa’ of Jami’ah Ashraf. They were merely informed because Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, knew very well Jilani mia would lower him self to many extremes to camouflage that which he knew he was consciously doing without any fear of Allah, The Most Majestic & The Most Sublime, or the Hereafter.

• Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, is known to all for his lofty & exemplary disposition, humility, sagaciousness & knowledge. His astounding humility coupled with his Taqwa’ prevents Hadrat from leading such a role.

Public debates are conducted as a last resort when a conflict of immense importance & widespread mischief engulfs the Muslim community. Such is not the case here. It is obvious to all Muslims a public debate will not achieve anything but harm in the UK, especially with the current political volatile situation in the Middle-East. Even if such a debate is affected, seldom does one find the opposing parties reach an agreement, surrender to the ‘Truth’ or ever concede loosing. Each party claims victory & the hostilities, mischief & debates continue. A course of independent intellectual & Scholarly research for those who seem to be concerned with FUREC needs to be conducted first. The challenger himself is unaware of the facts & background leading to the charge of kufr, hence, making repeated errors & contradictions during the secretly recorded conversation. What humiliation! For that which he set out to use [the secret recording] in his justification to challenge is sufficient for his rebuttal & shar’iy reprimand & censure. And, they set out to disparage the good name of an undisputed pious & widely respected intellectual Scholar & sayyad but it resulted in their self humiliation & dishonour. “And, that for Allah, is not difficult.”

The charge of kufr is based on valid shar’iy grounds. The kufr is articulated & expressed in a coherent & objective manner, unambiguous, symbolic & representing erroneous, false & infidelic: kufriyyah theoretical/ideological beliefs influenced by theosophical theories which members of FUREC profess. This is common & manifest in the hindu, sikh, bhuddist, parsi & Zoroastrian religions. Adopted also by Kabbalah; a recently new religion with roots from Judaism & by Quakerism; [from Christianity] in their concept of ‘the inward light’ & ‘that of God within everyone’. There is no ambiguity in the words ‘Unity of Religions’, etc. The evidence is overwhelming & the research conducted & soon to be published.

• Jilani mia knew very well of Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam’s great disposition & pious inner nature & character. He knew Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam for this reason alone would not allow the debate to happen, especially amongst the Sunni’s. Zain & Jilani mia conspired to take advantage of Hadrats’ exemplary nature & allowed shaytan to whisper the evil conspiracy in their impious hearts.

Relating further to the content of the secret deceitful recording by impious intentions; it was a gross example of zain’s sheer ignorance on the issue of kufr which he outspokenly wishes to defend. Zain is heard arrogantly & ignorantly laughing at Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, during Hadrat’s comments, however, when one insincerely & unjustifiably attempts to harm or disparage the one whom Allah, The Most Majestic & The Most Sublime, holds dear, a Friend of Allah, no harm can come to him. Zain was physically & consciously laughing at Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, yet he was oblivious at the illogical & unsubstantiated statements he was making. Thus, making him self deplorable & laughable, before the discerning Muslims as we have already exposed & will continue to expose now & in the near future.

Jilani mia’s opposition & later rejection of repentance over a year ago till now for whatever reason it may be, must be shared by zain, since, they have so much affinity. They respect each other, champion & praise one another which, logically means they both are inwardly the same. Such a relationship is temporal & based on personal whims & caprice, never enduring or sustaining.

Some of zain’s laughable statements include:

• his constant reference to Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam’s fatwa’ & fatawa’ [plural] on the charge of kufr, when Hadrat has never once written a fatwa’. The immature & unprofessional solicitor has obviously not even studied the case which he has set out to defend & challenge. He was clearly demanding & interrogating Hadrat, “why did you write the irresponsible fatwa’?” And, when Hadrat said, “wait, soon you will see all the fatawa’ from India on this”, zain replied, “I have seen the fatawa’ ” to which Hadrat replied, “How could you have seen them when we haven’t published them yet?”

Hadrat wrote an istiftaa’ to be sent to a Mufti: Jurisconsult. [This remained with Hadrat until:]However, when Jilani mia agreed in being the mustafti himself as he confirmed in the letter to Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, Hadrat forwarded his two drafts of the istiftaa’ & with additional documents for jeelani to sincerely use in his supposedly sincere intention to seek independent Shar’iy advice. But Jilani mia had other ideas to conspire & deceive, without fearing Allah, The Most Majestic & The Most Sublime, & the Day of Reckoning, by constructing his own istiftaa’ following his caprice & intended to deceive the Mufti’s of Islam.

The Mufti of Jami’ah Ashraf, Shaykh al-Hadith, Hadrat ‘Allama Rada al-Haq Ashrafi, did not rely on the wording of the istiftaa’ & decided to investigate further into the facts. The outcome was not in Jilani mia’s favour & unhappy with this interpretation of Shari’ah, Jilani mia decided to seek further opinions from other Mufti’s based on his play with the linguistic meanings of certain words, directing the attention from the kufr theological/ideological doctrines of FUREC’s co-founders & ultimately resulting to the opinion which he conspired for & pleasing his personal whims & caprice.

Solicitor zain & Jilani mia know of the kufr of FUREC, but they have both planned & are contriving further all the time to find ways of camouflaging the kufr & misleading the ‘Ulama & Muslims in general.

Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam categorically stated he considered FUREC an organisation based on kufr ideologies, ideologies which are published, professed widely in India & are found among many world religions. These false ideologies are contrary to the fundamental tenets of Islam.

Jilani mia admits in his ‘Declaration of Truth’ he was “an adviser in the deliberation” i.e. in the kufr found & articulated in the Surat Spiritual Declaration & in the Memorandum of Association of FUREC [Foundation for Unity of Religions & Enlightened Citizens]. And, from 15^th October 2003 until June 15^th 2004 was committed to launching FUREC as part of his ongoing active role as an ‘adviser in the deliberations’ & on June 15^th proudly participated in FUREC’s launch, following on with him proudly distributing & propagating copies of the Hindu Today Magazine, featuring his two page exclusive with the editorial comments in Kichchocha Shareef, the SSD & FUREC’s Memorandum of Association, etc. This was distributed proudly by jeelani to the family members in Kichchocha before the occasion of the Blessed ‘Urs Mubarak. On this occasion jeelani was reproached by certain individuals with whom he was embarrassed & dismissive.

When the editorial & the two page feature were published in India Today, magazine which is widely read & circulated in India, there were other Sunni ‘Ulama’ in India who independently unassociated with Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam exposed & wrote focussing on FUREC’s & Jilani mia’s obvious kufr. So, zain’s & Jilani mia’s charge that the fatwa’ of kufr on Jilani mia is something which Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam conspired out of envy or jealousy is obviously baseless, unfounded & merely supports & confirms their own whims & caprice.

Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam & Hadrat Ghazi e Millat, have every right to responsibly inform their mureeds, followers & the general Muslims in general wherever they go to warn & inform of Jilani mia’s kufr & association with FUREC.

Zain also complained that the public are confused about this whole affair. Firstly, yes, we agree they certainly will be confused when he, Jilani mia & co-conspirers obtain fatwa’s by deceit, make false statements, allege & fabricate conspiracies & resort to lies & linguistic manipulations.

Jilani mia has lied, has consequently become a habitual liar, having to constantly lie to conceal his first lie & subsequent lies. Overcome with so many lies he cannot remember all his lies that now the ‘Truth’ has overwhelmed him & his lies are diminished by the strength of the Truth of Islam. Such will be the outcome of this affair. Jilani mia & zain have not only co-conspired to conceal the kufr but have also made personal attacks on Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam. These attempted disparaging remarks have been published & widely distributed contrary to the Taqwa’ of Allah, The Most Majestic & The Most Sublime. Alhamdu lillah, the remarks have no bearing of the Truth & this also simply confirms their inner caprice, contrary to the Taqwa’ of Allah, The Most Majestic & The Most Sublime, & as supposed religious/spiritual leaders with a reasonable following.

Zain has proved beyond a shadow of doubt he is unfit to debate, showed his ignorance of the facts surrounding the whole affair & has self asserted his incompetence to lead Muslims in general or his shar’iy competence to be a ‘Pir’.

• He ignorantly humiliates himself further by arguing Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam made an error of judgement simply based on the fact that he does not understand the English language. This was also to be his position & asserted claim in the half-hearted challenged public debate. Once again, the ignorant zain make’s a self humiliating statement. Does he really believe Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam holds his opinion of FUREC’s kufr solely relying on his understanding or lack of understanding the English language? Does zain believe he is the only ‘alim’ who speaks English?

The SSD’s & FUREC’s official documentation, their publication & relevant material on FUREC’s website have been read, examined & investigated by a team of English speaking ‘Ulama in the UK & Europe & by professors of the English language.

• Zain consistently makes another foolish & ignorant remark. He said he wants to debate on the ‘nazariyyat’ of Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam. Masha Allah! How much more humiliation can one bear of his self-humiliation. Hadrat’s ‘nazariyyat’ we ask? What ‘nazariyyat’ is he referring to? First he said his assertion/claim for the debate was to prove beyond a shadow of doubt before the public audience who are ‘confused’ as he states his concern, & later suggests he wants to debate on the ‘nazariyyat’ of Hadrat! He contrived, planned, lied, made a deceiving phone call for a half-hearted impious challenge, & yet failed miserably to convey a coherent challenge during his conversation. What can one expect when they believe that “if the shaytan says something that is ‘true’ we have to accept it” & when he does we must accept it! It’s obvious, where there inspirations come from.

There was no need to make a desperate half-hearted challenge merely to prove Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam does not understand the English Language! We could have saved him all the weeks of research & self-humiliation, all he had to do was ask!!! And, we demand to ask should he be ‘debating’ if that’s all it was down to?

‘Nazariyyat’ means theories, theoretical issues. Shouldn’t zain & Jilani mia’s advocates be enquiring & researching about the ‘nazariyyat’ of FUREC. The false & infidelic: kufriyyah ‘nazariyyat’ of ‘Unity of Religions’, etc, commonly found amongst religions followed in India save Islam.

Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, directly told him he was unnecessarily being involved in the dispute between himself & Jilani mia. He should abstain from Jilani mia’s advocacy & defending kufr! If Jilani mia sincerely believes he has been wronged or has been unfairly treated he should bring his dispute directly to Hadrat.

• Further humiliation zain brought on to himself was when he suggested Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam named his Book ‘Sahifa e Hidayat’ with the intention to imply a Heavenly Book as was revealed by Allah, The Most Majestic & The Most Sublime, upon His previous Messengers, ‘alayhim us-salam.

There he is on the one hand concealing the clear kufr of FUREC written by a group of infidels, one heretic & Jilani mia, claiming they all had good intentions, they were all in a state of ‘unity of minds’ & the whole infidel clan, the heretic & Jilani mia implied meanings which did not conflict with Islam. So understanding they were of Muslim beliefs & sentiments that this was made clear from the very first day. He claims the words are ambiguous and meanings which are ‘acceptable’ [to them] may be implied. And, when it comes to a Book written by Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam he ignores the linguistic meanings of ‘sahifa’ which literally means: leafs or pages of a book. However, the argument by example itself was very weak & only humiliated him further.

But the most deplorable, detestable & self-humiliating comment made by zain was when towards the very end of the conversation speaking to another Scholar in the audience he makes the following remarks to Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, ‘Allama Sayyad Muhammad Madani Miya:

“That guru of yours, I have given my challenge for munazara.”

[“We take refuge in the perfect words of Allah, from His wrath, His punishment, the evil of His servants & from the whispering of devils & lest they come to me.” Ameen]

We will ask the general Muslims, Scholars & Masha’ikh of the Ahl as-Sunnah w’al Jama’ah, to evaluate for themselves the enormity of & heresy of addressing a Scholar of Islam & a member of the Progeny of Rasul 'Allah, salla Allahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, with a disparaging & insolent word as ‘guru’?

Indeed, zain has endangered his faith, lost all honour, wasted his deeds & hurt Allah, The Most Majestic & The Most Sublime, His Beloved Messenger, salla Allahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, & all the Ahl al-Bayt of Sayyiduna Rasul Allah, salla Allahu ‘alayhi wa sallam. And, to further fall deep in Shar’iy reprimand & censure he & his evil group have broadcasted their secretly recorded conversation & aired it on Google unedited With these impious & faith damaging remarks.

Shame on them who conspired with this feeble attempt to harm Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, for they have harmed themselves & merely elevated the status of Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam, more. And, shame too on those who congratulated zain on this despicable & evil act.

Be warned & this is far from any joke - this is indeed humiliation from Allah, The Most Majestic & The Most Sublime, for those who have conspired to harm, slander, vilify & hurt one of His dear Servants, from His Awliya’ & from the Blessed Progeny of the Beloved Messenger of Allah, salla Allahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, have indeed hurt Allah, The Most Majestic & The Most Sublime. Allah, the Most Majestic & The Most Sublime, has warned:

The Beloved Messenger of Allah, salla Allahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said:

“Indeed, Allah, Most Sublime says: ‘He who is hostile to a friend [wali] of Mine I declare war against. [When] My slave approaches Me with nothing more beloved to Me than what I have made obligatory for him and My slave keeps drawing nearer to Me with voluntary works until I love him. And when I love him, I am his hearing with which he hears, his sight with which he sees, his hand with which he seizes and his foot with which he walks. If he asks Me, I will surely give to him and if he seeks refuge in Me, I will surely protect him.’ ”

“I declare war against”

I inform him that I shall make war upon him, meaning that Allah will deal with him as one at war does, namely, with manifestations of omnipotent force and majesty, this being the ultimate threat. I shall fight this enemy for him, i.e. destroy him. And this is a very severe threat for opposing or having enmity towards someone Allah loves.

Out of mere obstinacy or envy or to disparage or abuse him & similar kinds of ill-treatment.
